My friends and I have been to this location 5 times in the last three weeks and we are constantly disappointed. Not one of those 5 times were we able to order what we wanted because we are told they are out of ALL proteins, Most juices and alot of the fruit/vegetable options. Highly disappointed. We used to visit this location daily but not anymore. Someone needs to do better or just Shut it down.

I went to the Gornto Road location and they were closed. So then I drove across town to the N. Oak Street location and they were out of everything I wanted. I settled for the Chocolate Lean 1 smoothie and it was gross. Come on Smoothie King. Get it together!!

Went in got my order and tasted bad. I was told that after i got my order that they were out of supplies. Not happy. Spent my money on something i cant drink

Literally the worst Smoothie King I’ve ever been to. I have literally got the worst smoothies every time I go to this location. I have written and called and never can get a response from anyone. If you want to charge $7 dollars or more for a smoothie it needs to be correctly made.

By far the best customer experience ever! A hardworking kind he's employee served me and my party. John was awesome! He was super kind, respectful, and efficient! If John isn't already manager he definitely needs a promotion/pay raise! Extremely pleased with this establishment!
