Snopocalypse in Valdosta, GA, has potential, but it needs some serious TLC. The owner can be a bit of a grump, and the service is hit-or-miss. The ice cream portions are tiny and overpriced, leaving you wanting more.
Room for Improvement: With friendlier service and better portions, Snopocalypse could really shine. Here’s hoping they step up their game!

Well snow cone was good, but there a saying in the food industry, and it goes like this: “ good food will get customers to come once, but good service will get them to come back” this was the second time we have come and both times the service was horrible, the younger girl was miserable and rude, truthfully if she worked for me, she would not have a job, employees like that will destroy a business, there so bad for business. We hate to find a good place and it to be ruined by horrible service. A simple smile ? is worth a thousand words, and not suck there teeth after every question a customer asks! To the manager/owner, if you need to know who it was, today’s date is 05/25/2023 @7:40pm and it was the younger girl! Have a blessed day.
