It was a little weird that we weren't able to order at the stall but food was great, service was amazing.

I’m a customer at sonic came for lunch. A worker her name is Rebecca has very very good customer service I wish everywhere else at the fast food restaurant had good customer service like she does. Bless her heart. Thank you very much, Rebecca.
Title: Crummy Manager
The manager feels he is above the rules and regulations stipulated in the purpose of being in charge of this fractionalized portion of a business. He thinks being a manager gives him the right to act like he is above what operating a successful franchise is all about - “THE CUSTOMER!”
Issue:
We received one wrong item in our order after spending over $32. I drove back to Sonic at 2537 Bemis Road Valdosta, Georgia 31602 to resolve the issue by explaining the mix up and pay the difference to correct the error. I asked for assistance and received non from the manager. I then asked for the Corporate phone number for complaints and was told by a worker “they are a franchise with NO ONE OVER THEM!” I explained to that worker EVERY business has someone over them even if you call Sunbiz.org or the IRS. Somebody has to answer for their wrongs. Education is ALWAYS the key so I was told. Business owners have NO accountability anymore! I feel we both were at fault, but the manager feels I was at 100% fault. That’s a flat out misconception of customer service. I ended up paying for a whole new meal (the first meal included TWO chili cheese dogs not one) to correct the difference of $2.00 (we were given chicken nuggets in place of a double smash burger). NOW, I am waiting on my refund for the first meal to go back to my bank.
SAD:
This so called manager judges ALL of his customers the same! He believes we all trying to get over. Get over on what? THIS Sonic establishment? Really? When a person can pay twice plus $2.00 more the second time THEY CAN AFFORD THE FOOD ORDERED! Management education 101.
UPDATE:
I Googled Sonic Corporation and was definitely informed that these statements DO KOT coincide with Sonic Corporation customer service. The manager was not completely honest about Sonic Corporation caring how they treat their customers.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Food was spot on. The place from my view was clean and well taken care of. There was no trash, old food, or anything else in the parking lot or drive-through. The staff was properly dressed and maintained. I recommend you check theses guys out.

These employees at this restaurant are not customer friendly at all there attitudes is horrible. I was told to not come back as well and I’m sure Sonic would disagree because my business is what pays these horrible employees so yeah I think I will not ever return. I don’t want to help support such poor employees. The food was cold and over cooked terribly bad.
