1st time trying the hot pretzel here, and it was so good! The cheese was not so great, but that is a prepackaged item and not on them at all! It may sound silly to brag about a pretzel because they are a simpler item, but after having nasty ones at different places, it is a great surprise to have a great one! Always love the other food items, variety of drink combinations, and of course the shakes and ice creams.

Feb 22,2025 1:43p came thru the Drive-thru. This was the worst food I have ever gotten here. Order the Chicken Club Toaster and the Chicken breast was like warm bacon from breakfast and just say the lettuce and tomatoes just put on the Sandwich. The Tater Tots were not done and half filled supposedly it's a large but gave me medium. Only thing that was worth my money was the Route 44 drink I had. It will be my LAST TIME COMING HERE. FOOD SUCKS BALLS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES TOO. WISH I COULD TAKE A PIC AND POST THIS TRASH. PEOPLE PAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR FOOD THAT THEY CAN'T EVEN EAT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

The food was typical fast food not great but not bad. Service was terrible as the employee lectured my fiancee and I that their stalls were closed despite having a mobile order and being unable to reach their drive-thru. If you go to this location know they will probably lecture you if you use the stalls before 7 am despite that info not being in the app or online.

This was the best Sonic we have been to in the past couple of years. Other than the young lady taking our order getting distracted half-way through, leaving us sitting at the intercom waiting to finish placing our order until I finally asked if she was there, everything was great. They were very friendly and pretty quick with our order. The food was perfect none of it was overcooked or tasted old it was all fresh! I recommend this Sonic if you want good food

I’m not normally one to complain but the lady who took our order was rude cutting us off and being loud. Then when we got to the window and paid she said I was an odd person for ordering a plain cheeseburger with only pickle. Then said that we are plain people just like our burgers. Then when I went to eat the food the bread was hard and the meat was so cold that the cheese was fully cold. Our fries were cold and stale as well. The name on my recipe says Nyasia. She was very rude and disrespectful. I usually enjoy eating sonic but this experience has definitely Has ruined my opinion of this location at least.

This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Could tell the drive through worker would rather be literally anywhere else. Ordered three items and it took like 7 minutes when we got to the window. Both of the wraps were pretty good, but the burger patty was paper thin, and also red in the middle, which would be fine if it wasn’t a fast food restaurant, and the patty wasn’t paper thin. Fries were yummy
The manager Brianna has the worst attitude at this location. She didn’t greet you at the box and proceeded to snap as we ordered our food. She cut is off as we spoke the order into the box every chance she had as we told her whether we wanted fries or tots, what size for the meal, type of drink, etc. She needs to be retrained in professional, customer service, etc. immediately!!!!!!

Worse/Saddest Sonic I’ve ever been too. Ordered the ultimate meat Sonic burrito, didn’t get half of the stuff on that it’s suppose to get, and when I opened it to put my salsa on it, the meat that was on it was not cut up (just thrown on it) and the egg wasn’t scrambled, it was just a thin flat dry egg. And then they tell me there’s no sweet tea, so I ordered lemonade. It tasted absolutely horrible like nasty lemons and nasty tasting water mixed. It made me gag. And then the employees ignored me when I asked for ketchup twice and kept walking past me. Then two go on what looks like a break and just gossip and smoke in the table area in front of the stalls. This was just the absolutely worse I’ve ever seen and I’m disgusted.
