I placed an order online for a simple cherry limeade and I parked and checked myself in and it took 17 minutes for them just to bring me a large cherry limeade. There was also an employee outside sitting at the picnic table just playing on his phone. Horrible service this time

I’ve gone there 2 time on my trip in Valdosta, horrible. Everytime the order is wrong and taste like poop. I can get the same one at another place and it will be good. Said take off the onions for the same sandwich… was it off?? Obviously not. Costumer service is trash!!!

The service was good , very friendly. Food was reasonably fast. I ordered a burger combo with a milkshake. Milkshake was great burger was okay I feel like it could have been cooked a little longer. All in all not a bad place to eat I can say the price was a little high for a fast food restaurant, for a combo in a shake you're looking at 15$. All in all it wasn't too bad.

I went here to meet my boyfriend on his lunch break for work and we were harassed by a woman who worked there. I waited in a parking spot while my boyfriend went through the drive thru and got his food and we ate lunch in a parking spot in the car. All the workers were outside staring at us the whole time.. When we were getting ready to leave one of the workers started filming us and yelling at us while we were leaving. Not sure what she was saying because my window was up but she filmed us talking and kissing saying goodbye to each other and then filmed us driving away and that’s when she started yelling at us… VERY VERY weird and strange behavior. Again all we did was sit in the car and have lunch we were paying customers so not sure why we were being filmed by a worker for just sitting in our car and eating. Would not recommend this sonic mainly based on the employees.

As far the food goes, good. The staff however is uncomforting to say the least! Went thru the drive thru on my lunch break and talked to a nice guy. Asked for a sauce which he forgot but no big deal. I pulled into the “sonic only” sign to eat. as I was wrapping up and saying goodbye to my girlfriend, a sonic employee creeped to the back of our cars and starting filming us and never said a word but was just filming? After I pulled out she started talking louder to my s/o while still filming. I felt very uncomfortable and unnervered. Truly love sonic but those employees were horrid.
Every time I've ordered from here for the last 6 months my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal, and when I got home I discovered that they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of chicken tenders.... That's a $3.99 item vs a $6.19 item. They even gave me the right sauce for the tenders... Their only saving grace is that the food I do get is so good. Please do better guys. I really want to support you and continue to enjoy your food, but this has gotten ridiculous. I'm tired of paying for stuff you're not giving me.
