Why is it so hard to bring out a drink?? Don't bother placing a mobile order because you will be waiting for a drink for over 15 minutes. Other people will get their food while you wait for 1 drink.

First the intercom at the drive through was so low it was difficult to hear. I told the person at the window and she rolled her eyes and gave some smart comment. When she opened the window and gave me the order, I said thank you and have a good night, again an eye roll and lip smack. There was no thank you or any niceties back. Food was ok a little burned. Disappointed in the treatment.

Had 2 online orders to pick up, told them at the window that I had 2 orders under the same name. They told me to park and someone will bring both orders out to me. They only brought one order, by the time they brought my second order, 2 of my slushies were half melted and the food from the first order was cold. This is twice that this has happened. Very disappointed

I ordered thru the app Aug 3rd for my daughter and the lady who brought food or acted like she didn't want to be there. Gave me a bag and a drink. I went home and saw the order wasn't mine, someone's chicken sandwich and unsweetened tea. We ordered triple smash burger, chili cheese tots and sweet tea with peach flavoring. I tried calling store grand total 19 times always busy. I finally had to go thru corporate text messaging.

Workers are extremely personable and just nice, I love southern hospitality .I moved down from up north. I personally think that Culver's would do great up north and the chocolate custard amazing.
Simply asked for a strawberry shortcake drink and an empty styrofoam cup. The new crew is horrible! A $3 drink becoming almost SIX, is robbery. It’s a bad look for the upcoming north side of Valdosta.

I asked for a premium chicken bites combo and I guess they misunderstood me and thought I wanted a chicken sandwich. At the time of giving them my card, we clarified that it was supposed to be a chicken bites combo when they repeated my order back to me. The person closed the window, spoke to the others In The kitchen then they eventually proceeded to hand me the sandwich I never asked for instead of what I wanted. Drove back home to find out my kid was missing what he wanted. I asked for 2 combo meals and by the time we finished the order the person on the other side of the microphone clearly had an attitude, while I had no special request nor the order was difficult besides I asked for no pickles on a burger. Beyond disappointed, spent nearly 30 bucks and I have to deal with attitude then they knowingly send me on my way with the wrong order.

I cannot believe in my 50 years of existence I've never had breakfast at sonic. It was definitely worth it and my wife and I will certainly do it again when we get the opportunity.

I placed an order online for a simple cherry limeade and I parked and checked myself in and it took 17 minutes for them just to bring me a large cherry limeade. There was also an employee outside sitting at the picnic table just playing on his phone. Horrible service this time
