t took me 3 years to return to this place because of a bad experience I had. Today I wanted to give it a second chance. I placed a takeout order: a cobb salad 🥗 and a half chicken with 2 sides. I arrived to pick up my food and the waitresses acted like they weren't even looking at you. They didn't welcome you at all. I was there for about 10 minutes until I had to ask for my order. It still wasn't ready within the promised time. I waited. Until finally, a waitress came with my order. To-go. I decided not to check. I never do because everything is clear in the order I placed. I got home. No eggs in the salad. The salad was obviously just thrown in the to-go box. Just foolish. I literally didn't want to eat it. I checked my other appetizer: half a chicken with 2 sides. They didn't put BBQ sauce on my chicken. It was plain!! I ordered the original BBQ sauce. I checked my 2 sides. They only gave me the sweet potato. They didn't give me my coleslaw. As a manager at another restaurant, I know how important customer service is and how important it is to give the customer everything they ask for, because that's what they pay for. For good food, good presentation, and good service, of course, this place doesn't have any of those. I tried to give it a second chance, but I see it's still the same as it was three years ago, or worse. Will I return? Of course, never.

We arrived at 7PM on the Saturday before Memorial Day and were advised they were out of Brisket. We were later informed they had run out Earlier in the morning. I can understand a small mom & pop BBQ running out because they do a limited run for the day, BUT when they run out they either say so on their signage, or they stop taking customers. The good ones do anyhow. This is a chain though. How does you run out of Brisket on a Saturday Morning during Memorial Day weekend?!?!?

The food is old, cold, & sitting in a puddle of grease. I got sick IMMEDIATELY after eating there. The only thing colder than the food is the girl who checked us out.

walked in yesterday. no one came to seat us or greet us. stood in front area 10 minutes. took a booth in seating area. passed a server while sitting down. she thanked us. waited 15 minutes for anyone to show up. got up and left. while walking out we noticed 2 employees playing on their phones. it was slow there with only 4 groups at tables. do better.

Not disabled friendly tried to get an order of Brunswick stew and cornbread and would not assist with possible bringing order to me during day light hours explained I couldn't get in the restaurant they said they could not assist. My question what about disabled peoples rights.

Half (yes, 4 out of 8) of our orders were brought out incorrect or not at all. The 4 that did come out correct were good. The remaining 4 of us had to wait until the rest of the party was almost done eating to even get our food as it had to be reordered and placed in the back of the line. When finally getting the food, one of the orders was still cold. Server was very scattered and had to be asked multiple times for simple tasks like filling glasses, brining napkins, and lemons for tea. Overall not a good experience today. The restaurant was clean and busy so maybe it was just our bad luck.
