I would like to give a shoutout to our waitress at Southern Shores Seafood for an outstanding dining experience. I believe her name was Amarei. She had a wonderful, bubbly attitude and made sure that we were well taken care of and that we had everything we needed. I overheard her interacting with her other customers as well providing them with the same outstanding service. You can tell she was enjoys her job and loves taking care of her customers. Professionalism and great customer service are two things that are often lacking in the restaurant business these days, but Amarei demonstrated both of these last night. A+++++ experience!

We went on a weekday afternoon and ordered the platter for two. The food was cooked and seasoned well and the waitress was friendly. However there was a problem when the receipt came. They charge an additional 3% for credit card use. Also the waitress mistakenly gave me a receipt for both paying with cash and credit. At the bottom of both receipts was a break down of gratuity for tipping purposes. Would you believe they were different depending on if you paid cash or credit. This is a good reason not to return.

Food is great, prepared to order, but some miscommunication. I ordered fish sandwich in a roll and it came on garlic bread. I ordered green beans, as I expected southern style green beans, but once again they were ro a sted beans with the garlic. No mention on menu. I don't like garlic! So I was disappointed, but I will know for next time. Also ordered key lime pie, and checked the bag when I got to the car. It wasn't in the bag, so I had to walk back in.Fish was great! Nice portions, decent prices, very clean restaurant. I look forward to returning.

Southern Shores is absolutely fantastic.Delicious flounder and GATOR BITES!!!! We were on our way back home to Atlanta and stop by on whim. Our server, Jordyn, was sweet and friendly. The manager, AJ, came out and greeted us with kindness and we could tell she is passionate about the food, atmosphere, and the customer experience.Thank you and we will be back!!!
The service was awesome from the moment I walked in. The beautiful hostess seated us immediately, the server was very hospitable, bubbly and entertaining.( She was also dropping a few secrets ) The service was great, shout out too C. Swisher the food was flavorful, delicious and prepared with much care, attention to detail and quickly. It was unbelievably incredible! The greens were Poppin(very tender) , grits were slamming(thick with lots of cheese ) and the Mahi- Mahi was tender, flavorful and hard to keep on the plate. The Gator Bites with house sauce were very tasty , also and the kids loved the chicken tenders and steak fries.One more thing the portions are perfect and I loved that the dishes were all severed in there own individual dish.The staff was very personable and it made the whole experience perfect.

I was introduced to this fine atmosphere 3 weeks ago. Everything was delicious. The service was excellence. The people are fantastic too. Honorable mention and shout out to Kitchen Manager AJ. Been back 3 times already.
Ajaye the manager made sure everything was good with our food and with the service we was being taken care of. Crystal of server was good and took in concerns of my seafood allergies. And let the kitchen know about it. Ajaye came out and made sure everything was good with the food. Definitely will be combing back there to eat.
