Not very good. Cheese was too healthy for me. Need some yellow cheese from the dollar general on them grilled cheeses baby. Strawberry açaí lemonade tasted just like a strawberry lemonade from the gas station in a can. Not worth the money! 😘❤️🥹💟😍🥰😉

I literally stopped going to Starbucks bc I noticed the barista was skimping on putting the extra expresso shots I paid EXTRA at store 23358. What made it worse is that he only put 1 shot in there for a Venti. I sat there and watched him do it w/o him knowing which order was mine since I put it on mobile. This has happened on more than 1 occasion, so apparently it’s an employee issue that needs to be stomped out. Needless to say, I have officially gone over to Red Owl Coffee since their staff is genuinely nice, better customer service, and they actually put the amount of expresso shots that are required for the drink. The people they hire don’t feel entitled that the world and customers owe them something especially when they don’t work below par and simply not having pride in the work they do. The drinks at Starbucks are already expensive. To pay for extra expresso shots they may or may not decide to put in there is not their choice especially when the customer pays extra for the extra shots. I’m always nice to them so for them to do that is like a slap in the face. It seems to be a very problematic trend at this store w/ baristas skimping out on shots to save time.

A friend door dashed a drink a cake pop and a sandwich. Well the door dasher sent it to the wrong address then when we finally got the order there was no drink and 2 sandwiches. Which both had cheese on it which was specifically told to not have cheese on it. And every time we tried to call starbucks they wouldnt picked up the phone

If you’re coming here be prepared to wait a while. Other than that, the barista, DJ, who was working the drive thru, was amazing! He was very kind & accommodating. The drinks I ordered tasted amazing!!!

I asked to write my name down for a remake so I can come back at another time and she told me they don't do that and to come back and they'll take care of it . I asked her name and she refused to give it to me

Ps- I ask for sweet foam on the side bcuz for the up charge I’d like more than a sip on top of my drink.

Definitely can not understand what a customer orders at all. I asked for a raccoon cake pop and a birthday cake pop and got two raccoon ones. Asked for a Carmel frappe and got a dang white drink and then asked for no whip cream on the top of drink and still got it. I see now why people go to red owl and other coffee shops. At least they get your order right.
