I do not think the Starbucks employees at this location get the respect they deserve. They are hard working and polite, even when customers are complaining and getting hostile over orders. I tried to call the Starbucks customer service a couple of months ago to brag on these baristas but could never get someone on the line. I just want them to know I appreciate them. I just wish more people expressed this to them.

Man this Starbucks has this rude Harry Potter looking guy/girl that work there be careful she may place a spell on you couldn’t get help my first five mins but I’m use to it.(I’m black) but after being there untended to and then get attitude is a bit unnecessary

I went to this Starbucks location the second one that I visited in Valdosta GA. I believe the batista probably was new hired because she did not know about the beverages but also she couldn't listen what I said only if someone tells her what I already said then she understood. That is not a problem because everyone needs time if learning in a new job. What I think wS not good is that my order took a long long lo g time...the coffe was done instantly by other girl but I almost finished waiting for my other order. I saw her taking her time while everyone else was busy. I was in a hurry because I needed to go back to work. Otherwise I could have been more patient. I did not Saud anything but I would preferred ti have a more attentive person.

All I can say is, this is the best Starbucks my Wife and myself have been to!!! The environment is perfect, coffee is always on point and service is the best part of everything, everyone is always polite and greets us with a big smile, the property manager Tameika is the best, I went with my wife to redeem her birthday coffee from the app and Tameika went above and beyond with recommendations and service. We come here on the weekends and will keep coming 100%

I waited over 20 minutes for one drink. I asked about the status of my order twice. Once, I asked about my order from an employee who didn’t do anything to expedite the process. The second time I asked, the manager told me that my order was “in the mix somewhere” not to mention I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks location. She finally walked over and made my drink after I inquired about it the second time. Horrible service, would rate a zero star if I could.
Waited for 45 minutes and watched some guy who was 4 people behind me talk his way into getting them do to his drinks first. I literally just needed 2 hot chocolates and a Danish.
