Shitty customer service especially in the drive thru. The girl slammed the window on my face practically shoved me my food and snatched my card with an attitude problem. Good food though

We ordered our food on the kiosk, I prefer personal service, especially when it comes to food. Then we go wash our hands and there is no soap... how do they wash their hands??? We sit down and most of the tables are dirty. Then they bring us our food on a dirty tray.. the sprite and Fanta didn't taste right either. We probably won't be back.

I really like steak 'n shake the only thing I have a problem with the burgers a little too greasy. Service was good. The burger was okay. They really need to do something about the grease.
