Had the Bun Bo Hue (beef noodle soup). Super refreshing broth, but there was more pork than beef in the dish. Quality of the meat was good. I needed to request sa te (chili oil), and add fish sauce and black pepper for a bit more umph to the soup.
Fantastic experience here. Pho was delicious and the veggies they brought out with the pho (basil, bean sprouts) were incredibly fresh. Will definitely stop by again on the next road trip.
My husband and I shared 2 appetizers (the shrimp & egg rolls) both were great. We both got Pho and they were both amazing & pretty big portions. Everyone was very nice & food came out very quick. The drinks are also very good. Highly recommend!
