My friend and I ordered Doordash pickup. Our orders were wrong. It wasn't too big of a deal but we went to subway to see if our orders could be corrected. Devin, an employee who was in asked how he could help us and my friend let him know the orders were wrong. He proceeded to say they were not wrong and he knows for a fact they were not because he did them. Everyone makes mistakes, and are entitled to make a mistake. It wasnt a big deal. We politely asked for remade sandwiches. He was very hostile, rude. We asked him to open the package to prove they were incorrect. He dug his fingers in my friend's sandwich. She told him it was incorrect, he then went to the back to call his manager to see what to do. We said that's fine and waited. He came back. Said that he would remake hers because he touched it without gloves but mine he would not remake he would give me the condiments on the side left out. Mine in fact were not that much left out so I was not concerned about the missing condiments. There was an excessive amount of mayonnaise slopped onto my sandwich, so much it was dripping out. I left the sandwich and just waited for him to make my friends as I could not eat all the mayonnaise on my sandwich because I am pregnant. I understand he had a job to do, and there's only so much you can do when you are given directions from a higher up. But he was very hostile about receiving corrective criticism and offended he was wrong. It was okay, but he didn't have to be that rude to us. Maybe he was having a bad day, understandable, but he definitely could have approached the situation in a different way.

Did a DoorDash order and it was made wrong. Went there to get it remade. Was not rude at all simply told DEVIN there is no cheese, oil n vinegar, mayo, and that the condiments that were on the sandwich was so skippy. It was basically toasted bread and turkey. One of the DRIEST sandwiches I’ve ever had made. That is when he began to get an attitude and tell me that he made these sandwiches and he knows they right…Sir I don’t leave down the street would not have drove all the way here if they were right. I hand him the sandwiches and tell him to look at them and he proceeds to take his bare hands dig in the sandwich to “find” the piece of cheese, but didn’t have anything to say about everything else that was not on there. He was just trying to go back n forth and I told I just wanted it remade very simple. He went to the back to call the manager, you would think one would be there, and got snippy again. Comes back to tell he will only remake one because he “put his hands in it and that’s the only reason he is remaking it”. Once again still being smart. Got my sandwich left to call the owner/manager and the phone goes straight to voicemail, called the number twice. Even though it says “if you have any comments please call Kelly” well she doesn’t answer. I understand people make mistakes, just take accountability and fix it. Very simple.

This has got to be the worst subway I've ever seen. They were training someone when we walked in and both the new person and two others training her took way too long and had no energy to work at all. What usually takes maybe 5 minutes took 15 or more for only two subs. The building is nice but staff is awful.

Generally this store is pretty good but there is one worker named Pat, an older woman, who will try to restrict what you put on your sandwich. I tried to put more then 3 pickles on my sandwich but instead I was met with "no" until us the other customers gave her a strange look and she put the smallest bit more and cracked some joke. I felt completely disrespect and then she told me the order that I wanted my sandwich was wrong. Other then that all the other works are great they are friendly and I've never been judged. The food is fresh and always taste good. We still tipped because the other worker named Karen (ironically) was a joy.

First and foremost, the food is generally fresh and tasty, and the option to customize your sandwich or salad with a variety of toppings is great. The menu also includes some healthier options, which is a plus.However, one area where Subway could improve is to accept coupons from the subway app.

i went to this subway to get a salad. i didn't see anything wrong with it while i was eating it, but after a while my stomach didn't settle well. i ended up throwing it up 20 minutes after i finished it..

Your looking at a $13 meal. I did the online order thinking sure that seems easy. It doesn’t matter what you ask for because if you want extra you won’t get it. They make a sandwich like their going out of business. This is what the consider EXTRA olives there is literally 7 ?Called to complain there answer was their short staffed….. I didn’t know being short staffed effects how much toppings went on a sandwich.New management is a joke this place has gone down hill WOW

My boyfriend and I make a Subway stop for every road trip. This location. is the best I've ever been to. It was definitely further off the interstate but so worth the extra time!!

I went to the store at 1709 Gornto Rd in Valdosta Georgia around 2 pm today. As soon as I walked in I was told by one of the sandwich makers that they couldn’t serve me because they had a big order to fill. There were no other customers in the store and two workers there. I asked why couldn’t one of them couldn’t serve me and the response was they were on a time line.Is this good customer service?

The people all 3 treated me rudely cause it has been 6 years that I have gone to subway for same reason I've had some mental issues in last year and it takes me a few minutes to decide and they kept laughing and making eyes my daughter even ask what they were laughing about I will not go back and will tell my friends and family
