I am not fond of this Subway location. The employees are very slow and disorganized. Instead of having designated employees at a specific location they cross over each other a lot which adds more confusion for them in my opinion. They do not listen well when told the order. One of them at the meat station was being deliberately slack until the manager came out and she heard him and that’s when she finally decides to stop ignoring me. The whole time, it was bothering me that the meat portion of the station had the metal portion up to where you can’t see the meat at all and I don’t know know if it was deliberate or not. At first I thought it was bc they were cleaning it but it became apparent that was not the case at all, but it made me think ‘what are you trying to hide about the meat? Is the station that dirty/bad you refuse to publicly display the meat case?’ I told her at the beginning I wanted the pepperoni wrap for my son and they completely forgot to add that item and they didn’t even bother putting the dipping sauce in there for the pretzel foot long. It was not even that busy for them to be deliberately not adding the required condiments to make the process faster. If anything the employees seemed upset that I was ordering “more” than what they wanted or expected. It seems to be a trends w/ a lot of the well known food businesses on the Valdosta side of town w/ lackluster customer service and the employees having an air about them that the world owes them something. I’m tired that as a white customer I’m being constantly discriminated against black employees in Valdosta when I’m polite to them. It’s the same issue at Starbucks at the N. Valdosta location as well. If you’re white, you are better off ordering at the other locations in the Remerton area off HWY 75 or the other HWY 75 ramp near Norman DR. The mid-town to near down town section has horrible customer service at all the restaurants bc it’s not more diverse.

I ordered food online. I called to confirm I did it correctly and apparently “morning shift” confirmed it @12. I get to the store a little past one with my receipt of purchase. A worker named Shay then tells me tuff luck that was “morning shift” I am “afternoon shift and that has nothing to do with me”. I am standing there with my 3 week old baby just trying to get the lunch I already paid for. She then proceeds to tell me to leave if I do not plan on buying another sandwich. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. I then ask to talk to a manager so we can get it figured out, and she tells that the manager leaves at 1. Subway you really need to get a grip on your employees and management team. I have now been disrespected, and stolen from. The sandwich I paid for, and had a receipt for, I never got. She stole my money. This location is a disgrace.

Ordered 4 subs through Grubhub only had 2 in the bag 2got refunded when I called Grubhub to let them know was missing some so ordered 2 more again through Grubhub since we didn’t get all ours and made sure to message the Grubhub driver this time to make sure 2 subs was in there his response was he was told only one was in the bag and they refused to make another one even though receipt showed 2 he said he contacted Grubhub himself and got me a refund ridiculous!!!!

Stopped in on my work and was greeted with disrespect. The lady wearing scrubs must’ve been bothered by something in her personal life and let it spill over into her “professional” life. Her attitude was terrible, her mannerisms were unprofessional and the quality of her work was subpar. She made the entire experience hostile. It’s maybe a sign I need a break from Subway. One thing for sure, I won’t be back at this one

Came to pick up lunch and was greeted by the most friendly staff I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The store was clean and I was in and out in just a few minutes. These ladies definitely brightened my day with their positive attitudes!

Me and my mom came here last Wednesday April 17th, 2024 and when we walked in the two girls started laughing one of the ladies who had locs looked a bit older than the short girl with the ponytail but still immature. So I brushed that off whatever so they kept being snarky and petty, I’m already catching it but I’m just like whatever so just to be polite I told the lady with the locs thank you at the register so she’s like “you’re welcome, have a nice day” but with the “thank you” she was saying it in a dismissive sorta way. Me and my mom we sit down and enjoy our food so my mom looks up and one of em I don’t know who but one of them was watching my mom eat and then when my mom clocked it one of the girls chuckled a little but I don’t think I’ll come back here until they change workers

This is my #1 Subway establishment. Ms. Jane Johnson runs store 3310-0 2172 N Ashley St. They make you feel like you have known them for years. This staff has it together. When I want my sub done the right way I go to my #1 ladies. I took my Mother there and they made her feel so welcome. Whenever I go there I know I am welcome without them even saying it. My sandwich will be made with tender loving care and cut in half all the way through and my bread will not be in torn. I had to make sure I got her name cause I like to give credit where credit is due. I have seen the employees greet the customers like family. That's the kind of place I love to eat at. Keep up the awesome work. Ms. Jane your doing a wonderful job. God bless you all❤️❤️❤️?????
Getting a little expensive and they don't like to take their own coupons I hate that part
