This is the cleanest Subway I have ever visited. Most importantly, the meat and veggies are the freshest. The staff is kind and they make great sandwiches. Favorite Subway of all time. Thank you to the staff and owner for a great team.

the food is the same at all subways because it’s just making sandwiches.. but this place was so dirty. the workers were very kind but the place was a mess. the bathroom toilet was overflowing and there was no sign on the door about it.

DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are so rude and lazy! I walked in and stood there 3-5 minutes and had to say HELLO is anyone there and the 2 employees came out looking mad and aggravated, when they asked what I wanted I told them the sub I wanted the lady rolled her eyes at me and didn't really give me any ham , on top of that I was feeling perfectly fine all morning and afternoon until I ate the sub I had the number 99 and it gave me really bad food poison to the point where I threw up my sub, let's not forget how dirty that restaurant was and the restroom even worse AVOID COMING HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We came to this subway with our Girl Scout troop after a day at wild adventures. There was one young lady working at the time we walked in. There were 12 of us and she made 12 foot longs while remaining kind and efficient! She was patient with each of our girls while they ordered and helped us use the coupons we brought. We were very impressed and appreciative!

My wife goes there every couple of weeks for dinner, We get a foot long and share, My wife walks in the door and says you're probably gonna have to scrape mayonnaise, off, I opened the package mayonnaise was everywhere, I had to get paper towels. Open the sandwich app and wipe it down, I called the store. A young girl answered, When I told her the problem very nicely, She said , Did your wife come in here just a few minutes ago? Dressed in black, I said yes, She said your wife asked for mayonnaise, And there is no set measurement. You got what you asked for, I said, ma'am, i'm not gonna argue with you, And she hung up, I called the norman road store and spoke to the manager, Who apologized and said they would have the owners to call. It's been a week no phone calls. Evidently they don't care. I will change this when they do something about it. This new generation of young people have no understanding of customer service. A simple apology or If you would come back in, I will remake it, Would have been all it took, but no, that is asking too much from a smart mouth Child,who Mama should have taken a belt too. Now you know what's missing in society

The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because I love coming here & the people aren’t bad but I came in here the other day and asked for roast beef & the sandwich didn’t seem full but I also don’t like the fact that he didn’t have anything ready and he lie & told me that they weren’t doing the bogo deal when in fact I know they do. I knew what I wanted and had a recollection of the deals in the app but I was bamboozled into spending money smh

Restaurantji Recommends
February 10th 2024. Made an online order. 2 foot long subs made backwards. Toppings and bread for wrong sandwich. Called restaurant to let them know order was wrong and was informed they couldn't fix it because they were closed. My bread wasn't toasted as I requested because they had already turned off the oven.It is now 8:27 and they don't close until 9:30 per the business hours posted online and on the door. There's no manager on duty according to the person I spoke with. This isn't the 1st time I've had similar problems at this location. Either staffing or training needs to be corrected.

We stopped here on our way to Florida and on the way back. Parking is super tight as it is shared with other businesses. The first trip was great, but the second trip, the bread was definitely not "fresh baked daily" and was hard to bite through and leftcrumbs all over me and the car. Service was friendly both times, but we were on the road and couldn't ask about the bread. The bathroom could have used a cleaning as well.

Terrible customer service Sunday around noon today 2/4/24. One of the sandwich-making ladies was giving me attitude because I wasn't giving her all the ingredients for my sub at the 'faster' pace she wanted. Then later just before she was about to close the sandwich and cut it, I realized I hadn't told her the sauce/dressing and salt/pepper I wanted (partly because I was flabbergasted and distracted by her attitude to begin with), at this point she rolled her eyes and stopped, giving me an "I'm annoyed" stance before grabbing the sauce and complaining to me about her speed and efficiency or something along those lines.I mean I get that some people may pride themselves at filling sandwiches quickly and getting customers through fast, but there was like 3-4 people behind me and one had already started their order. There was no need for her attitude and pressure, not to mention never a smile or greeting on her face for any customers during the time I was there. Feel bad for any future customers who may come through here and make a slower order then she likes cuz she's gonna bite their heads off through her look.

Went there Dec 7th 2023 around 2:30pm and the customer service was so rude i just walked out. I walked in and i said “ how are you doing”, no reply, no eye contact no nothing, just rolled her eyes. The young lady didnt ask what i wanted or anything, she literally just stood there. I said i wanted a certain type of sub, and she didnt look at me, and she just looked down and away, and had a attitude her vibe was just so jacked up i just said have a good day and walked out. Between the customer service, and just the place looking dingy, tired, dirty, i can only imagine the quality of the ingredients. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
