Couldn't get anyone to help me. Woman with blue hair kept looking at me but refused to acknowledge me. I said excuse me and she walked away. This location use yo be great.

Food was decent but the service left a lot to be desired. They had the music up so loud that they couldn't hear the answers to the questions they were asking about the orders and you had to raise your voice. They neglected to tell us they didn't have ice when we ordered drinks and the only sign posted was not visible from the line. They were on their cell phones behind the counter. Just not a good experience overall.

The the young guy had the door locked at 9:16pm I walked up and the door would not open. The sign stated the store was open until 930pm. He opened the door and said I am closed because I have to be out of the building at 930pm. I am not opened. I said your hours are until 930pm. He said I am closed. I said really! He shut the door and laughed and walked away. Maybe corporate and the manager need to review customer service and store hours with him. Just saying! I have worked for subways he's the in wrong. FIX IT! THANKS! I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I can honestly say out of my 8 years in Valdosta, this has to be the worst subway ever. Very unprofessional!
I am A Subway Addict!!! & This is The Best Subway, I have been to in a while. Rodney, & DJ, are Very Respectful, & Welcoming, as You walk into the Store. They Payed Attention to My Order, & This was A Very Pleasant Experience. Thanks Guys!!!

Had three mobile orders. Let’s start off by saying this. It’s Saturday around lunch time. One employee working which is ridiculous. So all three of my orders were all mixed up we had ingredients that was supposed to be on a foot long on a 6” sub. The 6” sub ingredients on the foot long. Overall the whole order was a mess. So I proceeded to call the restaurant and tell the lady working that the order was all messed up. She proceeded to tell me “it’s definitely not”. With an attitude. Then proceeds to tell me that if they are untouched I can bring them back so she “can see for herself”. Mind you we are at work on a limited lunch break and a crunch on time. I then ask for a manager bc of how rude she was she tells me. They don’t have a manager. Overall this store is horrible and would be better off closed down. Especially with an attitude that the ONE employee had.

This is the cleanest Subway I have ever visited. Most importantly, the meat and veggies are the freshest. The staff is kind and they make great sandwiches. Favorite Subway of all time. Thank you to the staff and owner for a great team.

the food is the same at all subways because it’s just making sandwiches.. but this place was so dirty. the workers were very kind but the place was a mess. the bathroom toilet was overflowing and there was no sign on the door about it.

DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are so rude and lazy! I walked in and stood there 3-5 minutes and had to say HELLO is anyone there and the 2 employees came out looking mad and aggravated, when they asked what I wanted I told them the sub I wanted the lady rolled her eyes at me and didn't really give me any ham , on top of that I was feeling perfectly fine all morning and afternoon until I ate the sub I had the number 99 and it gave me really bad food poison to the point where I threw up my sub, let's not forget how dirty that restaurant was and the restroom even worse AVOID COMING HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We came to this subway with our Girl Scout troop after a day at wild adventures. There was one young lady working at the time we walked in. There were 12 of us and she made 12 foot longs while remaining kind and efficient! She was patient with each of our girls while they ordered and helped us use the coupons we brought. We were very impressed and appreciative!

My wife goes there every couple of weeks for dinner, We get a foot long and share, My wife walks in the door and says you're probably gonna have to scrape mayonnaise, off, I opened the package mayonnaise was everywhere, I had to get paper towels. Open the sandwich app and wipe it down, I called the store. A young girl answered, When I told her the problem very nicely, She said , Did your wife come in here just a few minutes ago? Dressed in black, I said yes, She said your wife asked for mayonnaise, And there is no set measurement. You got what you asked for, I said, ma'am, i'm not gonna argue with you, And she hung up, I called the norman road store and spoke to the manager, Who apologized and said they would have the owners to call. It's been a week no phone calls. Evidently they don't care. I will change this when they do something about it. This new generation of young people have no understanding of customer service. A simple apology or If you would come back in, I will remake it, Would have been all it took, but no, that is asking too much from a smart mouth Child,who Mama should have taken a belt too. Now you know what's missing in society

The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because I love coming here & the people aren’t bad but I came in here the other day and asked for roast beef & the sandwich didn’t seem full but I also don’t like the fact that he didn’t have anything ready and he lie & told me that they weren’t doing the bogo deal when in fact I know they do. I knew what I wanted and had a recollection of the deals in the app but I was bamboozled into spending money smh
