Terrible service, placed an online order went through the drive thru to pick it up. No one answered the drive thru speaker then I pulled around to the window and no one acknowledged me. After going around the building multiple times and having 2 other cars in front of me one of the employees came out the back door and told everyone to circle around to the window. The same window I had been waiting at for 10 mins

Worst customer service. They didnt charge me for something extra and when I tried to pay separately for it, the cashier said he couldn’t ring it up like that. Then proceeded to rip the bacon off my already made sandwich. When I said something, he had an attitude and we started to go back and forth. Even after I offered to pay, he blamed me for not telling him about adding bacon, however his coworker is the one who told him what sandwich I got. Horrible experience.

Employee don't answer drive thru, so had to go inside in rain storm as I drove by window saw them playing on phone watching videos on phone. Poor poor service , food was fair but service was very subpar. I would not visit this location again .

Tried to order for lunch. Ordered online, they cancel my order and then say there is nothing they can do. They say due to system but there is no reflection in of an outage in their app. I could have went somewhere else but they decided to waste my time. Probably not gonna go here any time soon.

They remained professional and efficient, even while handling a high volume of orders and dealing with impatient customers. Their ability to stay composed and complete orders quickly was truly impressive. Great job!

I always loved coming to this subway because it’s cleaner and the staff are usually more friendly. I had to drive to the other side of town just to come to this one. Can you please tell me why I spent almost $17 on a foot long flatbread combo that only had 4 slices of round meat! The sandwich was so flat that you could double it to go in your mouth and yes I did veggies on it but it was still just as flat. I guess my extra gas money and my $17 doesn’t matter to anyone else but it does to me

So there is an advertisement stating footlong sub is $6..
Well I went in this subway and No, they are not honoring the advertisement..
You know subway need to inform their managers and the other workers, when these changes are happening..thank you

I ordered a double meat subway club and paid for a double meat subway club. I did not get double meat. Very upset, that I paid $2 extra and did not get what I paid for.

Pros: The location is very clean.
Cons: The customer service is not great. I came in to order the Veggie Delight and the vegetable appeared to be freezer burnt. The state of the vegetables along with poor service caused me to leave.

Tried to explain to the employee that the option for larger fountain drinks weren’t available online. I was willing to pay the difference at the store but he couldn’t do that because I already paid online. Then I get back to the office and find that either stuff was missing or the order was wrong. The wrong bread was on both sandwiches. What was supposed to be used was on another sandwich for a different person. Ordered a meal with cookies added to the order at the end. Chips weren’t in the bag for one individual but the cookies were. If I wasn’t that hungry, I would’ve taken everything back and requested a full refund. I’ll drive a little further next time to a Subway that’s able to get it done correctly.

At the Inner Perimeter location, you better go in and order instead of doing the drive thru. I ordered my sandwich with extra pickles but I got none, I wanted oil but they put vinegar on it instead. Was the employee not paying attention to the order or what. Ugh, do better and listen sandwich makers!!

I always enunciate when I ask if I want my sub toasted.The answer is always a polite, no ma’am, or no, sirThis is not the first time that they have heated my sub when I have specifically said noWhen I ask if I want to return it, my answer was no because I am one of the elderly and it takes everything I can get to go through the first time.Last visit to this particular store.
