The food is way overpriced and it doesn’t have any flavor it is very bland no seasoning.

Serving sizes have gone down hill within the past 3 months. This used to be my favorite place to go to and vouched for the company heavily to people who were new to the area. I’ve given it 3 tries since my first bad experience (low service sizes and customer service being horrible) and Its been consistent in being bad everytime without fail. I want the old sucheros back, this place was my go to man.

This has always been one of our favorite places to eat! Not anymore. Last month we came, and had the same experience as today! I'm not sure if the management has changed or what. Customer service was not as it use to be. Serving sizes were very small compared to the past. We wanted to give one of our favorite places one more try. Very disappointed. Food not as fresh as always before. Customer service not so much of it. Plz get it together. Or the old employees back!!!

Today the food was super fresh! Veggie Nachos is my fav. Also burrito bowl was yummy. The chips were good. Staff was friendly. Dining room needs TLC. Very pleased with food!

Very disappointed I bought a loaded quesadillas and I was planning on getting chicken but when I asked if it would be an extra charge to do 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak and the new guy asked because he was unsure and he was told no. So I went with the mix and I got charged 2.00 more. I explained what I was told and it didn’t matter. Terrible customer service
Spoke with the manager and his thing was we could have made u a new one. So it’s cheaper to throw this one away and make a new one instead of making it right on what the customer was told. I don’t know where he learned his customer service skills but I won’t be back

I normally go to this sucherros all the time and never had a problem until today. My DoorDash delivery was delivered to my job with rotten cilantro. Asked to talk to manager and she said that’s just how their cilantro is. Like what?

This has always been a great location. I only gave the atmosphere a 3, because it was a bit humid in there that day.
