“I’ve had the Taco Bell receipt pinned to my fridge for two weeks—a constant reminder that this review *must* be written. Most people would toss the receipt and move on, but Mishelona absolutely deserves this recognition.
Over Christmas break, we took a road trip from Atlanta to Florida. On the way down, we stopped at a different Taco Bell, and let’s just say… it wasn’t exactly the five-star “live más” experience we were hoping for. The drive-thru order was a mess, and after heading inside to fix it, we couldn’t help but joke, “This is no Chick-fil-A. It was definitely NOT their pleasure to serve.”
Fast forward to our drive back to Atlanta, and we found ourselves at Mishelona’s Taco Bell. Let me tell you—*completely different vibe.* Hands down, the BEST Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had. Mishelona greeted us like we were guests in her home. She had this incredible ability to make every customer feel genuinely welcome. Turns out, it was her first week as manager, and I couldn’t help but tell her, “No surprise—congrats on your promotion, you’re absolutely crushing it!”
The service? Impeccable. The store? Spotless. The food? Some of the freshest Taco Bell we’ve ever had. Mishelona even encouraged us to customize our order and made sure everything was perfect—served with a smile and a level of care that you rarely experience in fast food.
If Taco Bell handed out awards for exceptional employees, Mishelona would need a bigger mantle. I hope the owners realize they have a true gem on their team. To Mishelona: Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re going places.
