I just left Taco Bell picking up my food in which I live 5 minutes away. When I get home and take my food out the bag please tell me why my food is cold like they just took it out the refrigerator.

I’ve had the Taco Bell receipt pinned to my fridge for two weeks—a constant reminder that this review *must* be written. Most people would toss the receipt and move on, but Mishelona absolutely deserves this recognition.
Over Christmas break, we took a road trip from Atlanta to Florida. On the way down, we stopped at a different Taco Bell, and let’s just say… it wasn’t exactly the five-star “live más” experience we were hoping for. The drive-thru order was a mess, and after heading inside to fix it, we couldn’t help but joke, “This is no Chick-fil-A. It was definitely NOT their pleasure to serve.”
Fast forward to our drive back to Atlanta, and we found ourselves at Mishelona’s Taco Bell. Let me tell you—*completely different vibe.* Hands down, the BEST Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had. Mishelona greeted us like we were guests in her home. She had this incredible ability to make every customer feel genuinely welcome. Turns out, it was her first week as manager, and I couldn’t help but tell her, “No surprise—congrats on your promotion, you’re absolutely crushing it!”
The service? Impeccable. The store? Spotless. The food? Some of the freshest Taco Bell we’ve ever had. Mishelona even encouraged us to customize our order and made sure everything was perfect—served with a smile and a level of care that you rarely experience in fast food.
If Taco Bell handed out awards for exceptional employees, Mishelona would need a bigger mantle. I hope the owners realize they have a true gem on their team. To Mishelona: Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re going places.

I am only giving 1 star because I have to for my review to post.
I was told they can not take orders through the drive-thru window because it's a liability when that is clearly a lie. I've had my order taken at plenty of locations.
I drive a semi truck (18 wheeler), there's no way I'm fitting in the drive-thru line, hence the reason for me walking to the window.
Do better, and maybe sales at this location would be better.

Man working the window told me to back up just to save drive time also I was missing food. The food that I received was cold, I was also missing food. I returned to the restaurant two days later to see if I could get the food I was missing and to no avail it was met with backlash from the same employee who took my last order the employee stated that if I didn’t call or have my receipt then there is not a thing that he could do. I did attempt to call the store the night I realized my order was not correct. No one answered the phone. I also did not receive a receipt. I will not be visiting this establishment again

Hell no I'm not eating at Taco Bell no more never again not in Valdosta ga and I don't trust the staff that works there I ordered too orders and they messed up on my order on purpose and the food was cold I don't trust eating at Taco Bell no more and it was nasty 🤢 thank God my kids ate some else never again

The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was very clean. The most impressive to me was the manager on shift tonight. You can tell she genuinely cared about her workers, her restaurant, and that customers leave happy.
