They mess up every single time I go thru the drive thru. I mean out of the last 20 visits 15 of those visits sonethings missing. Most of the time the soft drink machine doesn't work.

What happened to this store? This location used to be good and now seems completely unmanaged. Only person in lobby shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes and half Luxe box is still missing while adults acting like children are making fools of themselves behind the counter.

The young lady at the drive through does not need to be in customer service as she never spoke except to take my order. Even her tone qhile taking the order was terribel! No smile, have a good day, no nothing when I paid.

I recently visited the Taco Bell at 3022 N Ashley St, in Valdosta, GA. I had a nice experience having lunch at this location. I used the kiosk to place my meal and it was ready timely. The only thing I would suggest is for the staff to check the front counter more. I needed unsaeet tea and had to wait awhile for anyone to come by. There was also an older woman who wanted to place a cash order.

The guy in the drive-thru window had a very sassy attitude. His energy did not seem inviting at all. Overall, the food was good.

Bought lunch and the food was a little more than warm. Tacos were slack on the fillings. Shells were broken and they left out part of the order and had to wait for someone to acknowledge that we were at the counter.

If I could give them zeros all across the board and have the Better Business Bureau come and shut them down and fire every single employee that works, I would do it. There are some that have good customer service and that are nice and that greet you but for the most part 99.5% of the time you go to this Taco Bell off of Ashley, you are greeted with nothing but an attitude by the employees and the mgr; mostly femmales! They act like they don’t feel like working and you’re bothering them!!! The taco shells are usually broken and or cold. The chalupa bread is old. They never wanna put meat in the taco and they barely want to give you lettuce. I don’t understand why this Taco Bell is still open. It should’ve been shut down the moment that it opened! Idk who hired the mgr or the people that work there but I’ll be reaching out to corporate to fire everyone and start over!! If you’re craving a Taco Bell quick fix, I highly suggest going to the Taco Bell off of Bemus or the one off of Grunto across from circle k.
