Order on line go to pick up food to find out taco bell was closed checked my app and it said food was picked up but was not picked up because they was closed did not get a refund from the app or the store out $40 talked to the manager at store and was told they have nothing to do with the app been over 3 weeks and have not heard a word from no one what do I need to do next?

Can’t EVER get orders right, crew having starring problem when they don’t have the order correct in the first place and the manager with red washed off hair had it in two braids chit chatting with heavy set woman looked bothered I interrupted their gossip time didn’t even apologize for not getting order right, acting like we lied. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and it all starts with MANAGEMENT! Don’t work for a fast food industry if you have no personable social skills and don’t know how to count!! Take your money elsewhere unless you wanted be greeted with long unhappy faces including the manager!

bc they had attitude issues with the customers she took the cup with attitude a random lady supposedly the managers sister she did not work there and got people to fight the customer never could i see something not possible never go there. And very when i mean very rude she was rude by snatching cup when the customer tried showing how she did it and poured all the ice and water on the customer and everywhere!
