Great food. Awesome service. Our waitress was Trina and she was fantastic! Great prices. Only one complaint. The music was waaayyyy too loud. We couldn’t even hold a conversation. Maybe turn the volume down a bit. It wasn’t that loud our last visit a few months ago. Thanks!

My husband and I came in tonight out of town, and have both agreed that this is the best Texas Roadhouse we have ever been to. And we have been to MANY of them. This one by far had the best food and the BEST service. Our server, Alyssa, was top notch! You can tell this location is ran WELL!!

Tonight my family and I arrived at 7:30pm to have a mini birthday celebration for my 6 year old grandson. After ordering our food, I must say this is by far the WORST food, service and overall experience i have ever had.
A COLD STEAK for both me and my husband and yet a $70 tab after waiting more than an hour for cold steak is pathetic. And this was with non alcoholic beverages as well!!

Worst customer service, the waiter took for ever on everything thing, had other people doing he’s job, so disappointed with this experience, with all due respect to Texas prior this everything was great. Such a bad experience I remember his name, Lawrence.

I've noticed that every Texas is super loud, it tends to take away from your meal when your screaming at each other. The food was good, hubby's steak was undercooked and had to be sent back but my food was good. The server was busy but I missed her smiling.

A friend and I came from Waycross to eat here and it was so good. Even though it was very busy, we got in quickly. Server was great. Food was incredible. I would give more stars if I could.

Stopped at this Texas Roadhouse on my way through to Florida. Service was pretty good but my food came out all wrong. I Had gotten a completely wrong cut steak I ordered a ribeye steak rare. When the food was presented, I was given the steak meat for steak sandwich that was way over done and burnt on the outside. My son ordered a baked potato and was given a mashed potatoes. We had to ask for silverware numerous times when got our baskets of bread. Kiley was a very polite server and and did a great job on the customer service aspect and I politely made her aware of these issues and told her I didn’t want to see anyone get into trouble but please go let the cooks know they have the burners up to high speed overcooking meat and let them know the difference between a steak sandwich meat and ribeye. She had told me that they don’t care and it happens all the time. The manager on duty did stop by and ask how the service was but she asked us before we even got food. The only thing at I could leave a review on was rolls and those are always delicious. I’m on vacation and have a long way to travel so I didn’t find it necessary to waste another 15 minutes trying to explain what’s was wrong and why. When I get back into my car a look at the bill cause they no longer take the receipt since you just pay with a card at the table i happened to notice I was still charged for ribeye steak what would be nearly a $20 dollar difference in items. I told Kiley before I had left that these mistake keep happening people stop coming cause of the experience they had prior or start leaving bad reviews. I was going to let it slide but after that many mistakes and being told that that the staff doesn’t care I make it a point to let good paying customers to be aware of meat purchases, that you are getting the correct meat, cook & cut and not being overcharged for cut that has lesser value and leaving someone that’s already rich (Owner) with more than double his profit. If these things happen all the time like Kiley says then there is some type of scamming system or bad training in the cooks. I’ll be the Karen of the group and hope they address this issue and not allow these things to keep going on or everyone’s experiencing will just be ok and they will decide they can cook the correct cut and temperature of steak at home.

Server must have been newer and inexperienced.
The table next to us had three serviced by the time we were served and paid our bill.

Waitress kept forgetting my mashed potatoes, thankfully I wasn’t that hungry and just wanted them for left overs the next day. They finally came out when we were leaving.
I think they actually picked them that night and that’s what took so long
