Erin is our server and she is great! We didn't have to ask for my husband's refill on his soda. She is friendly and quick! We had the Tuscany chicken with roasted garlic smashed and the jasmine rice. All was outstanding! Chicken was cooked perfectly with great flavor! The jasmine rice was nice and aromatic and buttery. The mashed potatoes we creamy and silky. My husband had the grilled and blackened shrimp. Amazing flavor! The home Fritz (homemade French fries) are just that...big fries, salted extremely well, crispy yet soft on the inside. He also got the rice pilaf and it packs the flavor. Very happy stop on our way to Florida! Eating now and I'm trying to figure out how the 3.5 rating because it's a 5 star rating all day long! I'm glad we decided to eat here anyway! Maybe the supply chain issues from over a year ago were legit at the time but not any longer! Ambiance is very hip and cool. Great music playing. Very cool bar scene.

Service was terrible, every beer I ordered they didn’t have. Our food took about an hour to arrive as we sat without drinks. The server forgot about us and our food as it clearly looked like it sat out for a while!

Fantastic Valentine's Day dinner. Everything was delicious from the seared Ahi, to the crab stuffed Icelandic cod, to the New Zealand lamb chops. A culinary gem in Valdosta.

It was nice and service was good. It was just too noisy for me. The food was fabulous.

Loved the cod fish special with crunchy panko and lemon sauce. Always have the baked videlia onion dip appetizer and creme brulee dessert. Perfect meal, fantastic ambiance and service.

AMAZING! We travel alot and with that comes trying lots of restaurants. The Bistro offered some of the best steaks we have ever had. We had the escargot as appetizer, Metro and famous drunken filets and creme brulee for dessert. I have absolutely no complaints. The atmosphere and waitstaff were perfect. They also have an extensive drink menu with lots of specialty cocktails and wines.Parking: We easily found parking on street and it was a busy holiday weekend.

So disappointed. The steak was so tough. Couldn’t even eat it. Owner said they must bought a lower quality steak. They said maybe next time they would have a better quality. They still charged full price for a lower quality steak. Not sure if we should call next time to see if they have a good quality steak before/if we go back. We took my mom for her birthday bc two weeks ago we went and could cut the steak with a butter knife it was so tender.

The owner said they had to buy a lower quality steak bc of the prices. $40 steak and I couldn't even chew it up. I could have gotten a better steak at Applebees for half the price.

Food is fantastic, I've come here for a few large group dinners and everyone has walked away very happy. Prices are reasonable for the quality and the staff are great. I got a surf and turf and it was fantastic, and they had some onion cheese dip thing that I have been dreaming about ever since. Great mojitos as well!

Cute restaurant, over priced food. Horrible service from waitress. I really wanted to like this place but was let down and after the rudeness of our waitress I won't be trying again.

The wait time for our food was entirely too long!! We waited over an hour after having ordered appetizers only to watch the entire restaurant of patrons receive their food and eat their meals while we patiently waited to receive our appetizers. Finally, after over an hour we received our salads followed by the appetizer we ordered. The chicken florentine flatbread pizza was pretty good and turned out to be the best part of our meal. As soon as we received the appetizer, we asked our waitress to go ahead and put in our entree orders which we waited another hour to receive. Mind you, the restaurant was not very crowded at all!! I ordered crab cakes and my husband ordered the lamb chops. My crab cakes were burned on the bottom and crumbling. The garlic mashed potatoes were bland and tasted instant. The lamb chops were smothered with some type of gravy/sauce that was almost inedible and too salty. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to The Bistro in the future!
