My wife loves this place and I've grown to like it as well!

Nice place good customer service but i should have known something was wrong when they gave me two free açaí bowls. Both had spoiled mangos and now I have food poisoning ???

Come here if you want a frozen Açaí bowl that’s so hard you can’t eat it…Also it was frostbit like it wasn’t stored properly. I was ignoring the fact that it’s not even real açaí but to serve it like this to me is just disrespectful. Also lacks quality workers and this is the 3rd açaí bowl that I’ve gotten like this at this point it’s on the manager and owner for not storing things properly. You’re welcome now fix your restaurant.

We drove up behind another car at 9:50pm to order a couple smoothies. Nobody responded to us so we drove to the windows to verify the time. As we drove around to the door at 9:55 they locked the door. We drove back to the order board but nobody would take our order. We enjoy getting smoothies here and always have wonderful service. Very bummed that they would not help us prior to closing time.

They didn’t blend my smoothie all the way. I tried to drink what I can but it’s just not blended all the way. I chewing on ice.

I was charged for someone else's order 19.07 and all I got was a smoothie no one at this store would offer a refund I always order the same thing and these items on the receipt I do not eat nor did I order them very unprofessional

Typically don’t like walking in this building. To me it smells weird, I can’t do it so I went through the drive thru and everything was fine. No complaints at this visit.

The staff is friendly but the smoothies are watery! I have came to Tropical Smoothie several times and it's just not it. I like Planet Smoothie better and I'm judging only on taste! My husband and kids say the same thing. When u compare the two, there is a big difference..Tropical is watery and Planet is flavorful!

I stopped by this evening for a smoothie. While I waited I observed the staff and kitchen. I was very impressed by their speed of service, food quality, and the work ethic I observed. Thank you to the whole crew for upholding such an

uplifting atmosphere.

Tell me why I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes while the employees thought it was appropriate to chat up their homegirl and jump over the fence like a fool when it was just me and the car in front of us. After honking the lady yelled out the window that she was waiting for a smoothie when the car in front of us had already been handed a smoothie and a bag of food 7 minutes prior. After honking, the customer ahead of me put their car in park and the ladies started making faces at us out the window. Ended up leaving without receiving our food because the employees were more interested in talking to their friends and looking at us sideways than serving us and we had somewhere to be. Happened on June 10th at 8:26pm, hope a manager sees this.

Terrible service. I placed an online order and waited over 20 minutes while staff sat at tables and talked in the dining area or they were on phones behind the counter. No one seemed to have any care to do anything. I stood at the counter for help for a while before anyone said anything to me. Smoothie was watery and didn’t taste well. Chipotle wrap was cold. I’m not even sure that it was cooked. Get new staff!

They have gotten quicker. They seem to slowly get better and better. Even when service is bad, the shakes have been good.
