My daughter requested Waffle House be served at her 16th birthday brunch. I called NeNe, the manager at the Madison Hwy location, for assistance with making this happen. Unfortunately, her location was closing for remodeling the weekend of the brunch. However, she took on the task of helping me find another location and made all the arrangements for the catering and pickup. She absolutely went above and beyond to help make sure the birthday girl's wish came true, and I am so grateful for all her help! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best Waffle house food, & customer service i’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so friendly, my waitress Ansley i believe was WONDERFUL. All staff was amazing, loved loved loved it. The cook was amazing as well, checking on me and cooking delicious food, I believe his name is Denton. I very much could be wrong on the names but i’m too awkward to ask for their names, I just glanced at the name tags. Anyways, COME HERE. Way to go to these employees!!

They suck. Ordered a All American. Waitress brought eggs, grits and toast. 20 minutes later the sausage was placed on the table. I asked about the waffle and she told the cook. I asked again 15 minutes later about the waffle. Needless to say the waffle never made it, so I paid the bill and later down the road I counted the change, .50 cent short. Down waste your time
