I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese hash bowl capped, smothered, and country. My waitress was amazing. When I get my to go order, I start putting hot sauce on my food and notice the onions were raw. I politely ask for a cup of cooked onions. Onions were put on the grill and I got them back raw but warm. This made the food gross because I hate raw onions which is why I asked for them to be cooked. The food would have been great if everything was cooked.

Give the GRITS MASTER a raise! Whoever it is making grits here, they need to send you around to train every Waffle House how to make grits. No other location in Valdosta is as good!!! Every time I eat here I’m impressed by how good they are compared to the other WaHo’s!! Best WaHo in town!

I'm here and the two amazing ladies working are slammed. There's one cook and one server. Very disappointed there's two male managers outside ignoring all the customers and not coming to help.

Wow, looks like somebody's got your back, and mine too. Yeah it was tonight somewhere around I guess 7:00 7:30 I don't know. I was just trying to enjoy a meal. I sure didn't want to hear someone coming in trying to start trouble.
I know the staff is always been decent to me, and to my girl.
Yes she made three different threats, I also followed it up with a police report. The officer was a nice gentleman, ain't going to lie. Nice to see goodness and officers again.
Keep up the good work staff members. You bring joy to a lot of people's lives and sometimes it means more than you realize.

November 22nd. Approximately 7:30. Witnessed a customer being a Karen and starting trouble with the staff. Another customer defended the staff. The Karen got hostile and made three threats to the other customer. I'm sure you can see that on your cameras.
I just wanted to throw that out there in case further Karen drama.
According to me and the other customer the staff did no wrong.
