A few weeks ago my crew and I visited this Wendy’s location. We received outstanding customer service from Aaliyah! She was friendly, professional and expedient! Despite us having to pull up and wait on our order, we were thankful for the hot, fresh food.

I get to Wendy’s placed my order and I have to wait because you’re out of biscuits! How! That’s what you serve for breakfast! 4 vehicles ahead of me! The only reason I stopped this one is because the one on E Hill is open but no one came to the window!

Worst service ever I said hello 5 times at the speaker to pick up a DoorDash no one answered then I drove up to the the window and they said they couldn’t hand the DoorDash to me and that I had to pull up because I didn’t tell them I had a DoorDash at the speaker because no one answered. Worst customer service ever! On north Ashley street
Not only did I have to pull and wait 10+ minutes but they forgot my nuggets. I feel if I have to pull for your convenience because it wasn't for me, then you shouldn't leave nothing out.

Maybe it was the right restaurant wrong Day or something because the representative act it is if she did not understand any of our order. She acted as if I spoke with a bunch of garbage in my mouth, where she was unable to understand me.

I used to never have a problem at Wendy's but the last two times I've been to the one in Valdosta on Ashley Street across from the new Zaxby's they have screwed my order up both times it's a fairly simple order a number one double with mayonnaise ketchup mustard and cheese only for the first time they put bacon on it and I baked bacon on a hamburger now play the grits and some scrambled eggs there's nothing know better but bacon on top of my cheeseburger there's a lot of things worse but it's not something I want for the next time they put lettuce and tomatoes and all that garden crap on my sandwich it was real simple too number one double mayonnaise ketchup mustard and cheese only I ordered that hamburger from Wendy's for about 15 years an end that 15-year straight there's been three times that I remember getting the wrong Burger in two of them was in the last 7 days at the same Wendy's I don't know if the company has changed or if this is just isolated to just one place of business but either way I don't like it so take from this what you Wheels but I would not suggest feeding your puppy dog McCall's they will probably get it wrong
