y’all must be hiring people that don’t know how to read! twice now I have DoorDash from Wendy’s and both times I ordered a chocolate snickerdoodle frosty and both times I received a vanilla snickerdoodle frosty from two different locations

Worst Wendy's I've ever been. The floor was so slick I and especially my 82 year old mother had a hard time keeping from falling. The was a bad oder and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The girl at the register seemed like she was having trouble prioritizing what she was supposed to do next. The food was OK.

Treated as if drive-thru was priority over in-store customers, only one individual attending to in-store customers taking orders more than filling orders causing a long wait times for customers

All in all it was a good Wendy's, little slow for 3 cars in drive thru on a Wednesday morning. All the person in front of me had was a coffee and I only got the $3 biggie deal. Just wish it was faster.

Dirty dining room (floor, tables, drink station). Fries were cold. Staff seemed inconvenienced when ordering and asking for missing items. Go elsewhere.

I was asked to wait at the box, waited a few minutes then left. No cars were there in drive thru ahead of me and I only saw one person inside, so what was I waiting on? and how long is someone expected to wait in drive thru before they can place their order or drive away? It seems like they want people to drive away so they don’t have to do anything. If that’s what employees are doing you might as well replace them with one who wants to work. If no one wants to work, close the location save the money you’re paying o keep it open and let them see what it’s like to have even have less jobs to compete for here.

Was a little outdated. Sweet tea valve was broken, ketchup container was broken. Food was okay. Fries were good. Staff was friendly
