I was asked to wait at the box, waited a few minutes then left. No cars were there in drive thru ahead of me and I only saw one person inside, so what was I waiting on? and how long is someone expected to wait in drive thru before they can place their order or drive away? It seems like they want people to drive away so they don’t have to do anything. If that’s what employees are doing you might as well replace them with one who wants to work. If no one wants to work, close the location save the money you’re paying o keep it open and let them see what it’s like to have even have less jobs to compete for here.

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in about six years, what a disappointment. Burger had no flavor definitely not the hot and juicy. Got a medium frosty it was warm and foamy. The size was like I remembered the small being. Wendy’s you should be ashamed of yourself. Lesson learned do not go to Wendy’s.

I'm assuming that the biggie bag no longer comes with nuggets in the drive-thru even tho the menu clearly shows the nuggets online. Twice I'm the same week just few days apart I've ordered the biggie bag and got home to find no nuggets in my bag. I can't look at receipt either to know whats supposed cause didn't get one those either.

Mediocre at best. Ordered the bacon double stack biggie bag - fries and nuggets were barely warm, had to open the burger to see if there really was any bacon in there ... there was, but not worth the extra $1!
Me and my crew were just passing through on our way north for a party. We just made a quick stop through the drive-through got three bacon, Ater meals and kept it moving, but that was the most well-made bacon I’ve ever had the meat with moist and fresh. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you.
