I honestly hate writing reviews like this, but I believe this wingstop location is a waste of money and time. I spent almost $60 trying to feed my family. Just to find out that I'm missing a whole order of wings. They are always forgetting something Then on top of that with the food we did get, it was cold. I wouldn't recommend this location.

First time going I ordered a plain chicken sandwich combo and waited 25 minutes for a mchicken quality chicken sandwich, asked for it plain with NO pickles it had pickles and the side was covered in some hot sauce. Waisted my entire lunch break, the only redeeming quality was the seasoned fries were pretty good

She is an absolute pleasure and so nice but today I had an unpleasant experience with Joshua, undoubtedly the most rudest individual I’ve encountered in a LONG time. Had I not asked for my receipt, I wouldn’t have known he charged me for a drink I didn’t request. If you don’t like your job, quit.

I have been obsessed with Wingstop boneless wings with hot honey rub for months! This location made them better than all the others!
There was like a 30 minutes wait but I also went maybe an hour before closing so I can’t complain there. The chicken was amazing, the ranch is perfect, but the fries were sweet which threw me off a good bit.

This is now the second time I’ve ordered mild wings and every single one of them were plane completely dry chicken. The fact I’m paying more than a dollar a pice for some microwave chicken nuggets it’s beyond dumb. Florida Wingstop has NEVER been a disappointment but this Valdosta one is a joke.
