This place usually does me right but I’ve got food twice this month that has just been not good at all. It’s always the same crew on Sundays and they just really don’t care to do things the right way. They don’t season the fries, they won’t do your food well done, and they left out both of our sauces this time. If I’m paying near $30 for two people I at least want it done the right way.

Finally!!!! A good wing franchise with “order on the app” functionality in a good location in Valdosta! It was busy but the staff was very friendly. The food was great. As with any franchise or restaurant in general each experience is subject to change. But it was great when I went.
I like wingstop as a whole. They focus on WINGS. Great flavors, but not too much to choose from so it keeps you from going into choice overload. The sides are kept simple. Prices are fair. I am so glad Valdosta got one. The competition, BWW (yuck), zaxbys (mid at best), and the former dick’s wings left a lot to be desired whether it was quality, menu options, dining experience or size of portions. If this location can continue to put pride in their service and stay true to the franchise’s business model, they will enjoy several years of continued success.

I just ordered a DoorDash order and I thought everything looked good until I tasted it and everything was just spicy with no flavor and no taste. The chicken wasn't even cooked all the way is a meat was cold.

Missing food. Did not want to refund or make new order. Manager on duty 10/30/24 told me after calling that he was able to see the complaint and he would be the one to handle it. Basically delete it if the situation went up to corporate. That’s the customer service your location give?!

I place a big order for delivery items was missing bag was open it had hair in the bag from the Doordarsh they use I couldn't eat any of what was left in the bag since it was tampered with they refused to redeliver my order or refund me the money when I called Wingstop, then the Doordarsh person called me to harrasme and said I probably threw the food away that they didn't eat it and it was very rude why will I throw away $98 worth of the food i was having for dinner so disappointed. Wingstop should not use Doordarsh if they can be responsible for when they eat their customers food and make it right by their customers not only that I tip %20 they don't even deserve it. Doordarsh can't give me my money back because I order directly from the Wingstop in Valdosta Georgia website.

Wingstop in Valdosta is horrible. I placed an online order which took an additional 30mins to get after it was ready. The staff stands around and does not take care of the customers. On the order we asked for ranch and our meals did not come with ranch. I asked for extra garlic Parmesan and got charged twice because it was Parmesan which makes no sense. Wingstop needs a whole new management and staff
