We ordered the steak gyro and fries, an appetizer (mushrooms, chicken strips (2), onion rings, cheese, corn nuggets and poppers, and the blackened chicken and macaroni. I honestly was not impressed with the food quality. It was almost 20 dollars for each dish. The gyro was barely filled and the macaroni tasted like Kraft Mac n cheese. I think they honestly charged to much. The server was okay. The booth seat needs more padding. The table was sticky and instead of wiping it down we were offered a different table. 🤷♀️

I was really craving a burger for lunch today and decided to do a pickup order. I’ve had others entrees from WNP and they’ve always been good, but the pub burger I had today was awful! There was absolutely NO flavor/seasoning! I spend $18 on a burger and fries and couldn’t even eat 1/2 of the burger. I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but it was quite disappointing to get back to work and not be able to enjoy my lunch.

It was ok. Service was so-so. They have a stupid rule about having to put in the appetizer order before they can take your regular order. Not a good place if you are in a hurry. They don't offer some items that are on their menu and I don't know why they don't update it.
Wanted to try a new place with my husband. After being seated at the table it took our waitress over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Not to mention it took over an hour to get our food. There was a table who ordered after us and got their food before us. I had to call out to our waitress to ask for a refill on our drinks. Service was beyond horrible and I will not be back.

I graduated VHS in 1984. My favorite hangout from 15 to 18 years old. Everytime i visit home its still the Best camel rider and fried mushrooms in the world! That's my standard. My personal quest is that I have always looked for a camel rider type sandwich and mushrooms like Wooden Nickle. I have not found any to match the taste and quality anywhere I have been in USA, western and Eastern Europe. (431 cities in USA and 27 different countries) A restaurant in Kenai, AK came close but still not a match. I am 60 years old now and I live in Seattle, WA. I still have not found the mushrooms to match the quality and taste of the Old Wooden Nickle!! Thanks for the memories.
