Called and was told they didn’t cook anything fresh after 9:00 .. well ok I can understand that what I can’t accept is CUSTOMER SERVICE.. BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMER!!!! And it would have been fine.. don’t think your customers are idiots and don’t know the difference in fresh and warmed up (dip. A second time) do better inner perimeter location…

Last 3 months service poor and employee poor. Product had definitely gotten worse. Going back to Bojangles much better product and service

The last few times I've been here the service has been bad. They were giving cups of grits filled only halfway the last two times I went. This morning they gave me the wrong order and had an attitude with me for their mistake! Definitely lost a customer.

Chicken sandwhich looks like Popeyes on menu but is really two soggy chicken strips and bread. Bbq was the best they had and it’s gone now. Should stick with gas only and get out the food biz.

It's drive thru only. Always have good food when we go and fresh. I love the chicken strip dinners for lunch, and for breakfast, I recommend the biscuits and gravy or breakfast in a cup. Also one of the best sweet teas you'll ever taste!
The only possible knock on the place is its drive through only. If that doesn’t matter to you then you’ll like it better than anything you’ll get at a burger place or Zaxbys/Chick Fli A.

I didn’t even get food here not gonna lie. I pulled up to the drive through never been before and the girl taking my order was rude when I asked for a minute to look over the menu. Once I decided what I wanted and drive around to pay I realized the entire place was disgusting with food and trash all over the floor, no one had on any gloves while touching food and most people there had tattered clothes or booty shorts one. I don’t want your cheeks hanging out your shorts around my food.

This place has declined dramatically. I use to love Zacadoos when I attended VSU in 2012. The food is always cold and every time I ask for fresh or crispy fries they never fulfill the order. My burger was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. Service was just terrible. I will not be returning.
