Terrible...very long lines..especially in the drive thru... waited 30 minutes and ended up leaving.. still didn't get my food.. the manager seriously needs to consider doing something about this..they know exactly how long people are waiting... they need to do something about this

If you have the option in Valdosta, GA, please go to the Perimeter Rd Zaxbys. The store on St. Augustine Rd is by far the worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. The service is always slow and the service is not pleasant meaning the staff isn't friendly and doesn't seem to care about the customers. I have never gotten a to-go order or drive thru that was correct. EVER! Tonight we ordered 2 salads and a kids meal. The salads were only half full of lettuce(this is the usual for St. Augustin location), we received no dressing for the salads and again, we ordered 2 salads so neither received dressing. Both salads were grilled chicken and they basically had half of a chicken breast which was cut up like a 2 year old was playing with food. The cheese was nonexistent, and the other componenets of the salad were at bare minimum. This is exactly how my experience is every time I visit this location. I prefer to go to the Perimeter Rd location, however, tonight my husband was coming home on the interstate and this location was more convenient. NEVER AGAIN will we order from St. Augustine Rd. It's a disaster every time. I hope the store managers and franchise owners see this review and correct accordingly because this store is a complete disappointmentfior those of us who love Zaxbys.

My wife really enjoyed her zalad and my chicken tenders were great Fries were great too. The sweet tea was perfect.

I ordered a salad and a Philly sandwich meal and a fried Cobb salad at 4:43 pm I arrived at 5:13pm and my order still was not ready. I finally get my meal and I leave at 5:23 pm bc I had to be at work I’m finally getting to my meal and my egg is not on my salad I paid for extra bacon and none of my bacon is there. You get a new store and the service is still terrible.

boy oh boy where do i even begin.....
first of all, every single drink had no carbonation or syrup so they were all water, and both teas were unsweetened and i think not fully brewed. i upsized to a large drink btw
the bathrooms are a wreck, dirty with wrappers in the sink and soap just dropped in the dispenser
and finally, by toast was burnt, fries were limp and unseasoned, and they gave me the smallest tenders they had in the back
thankfully this is just a stop on a trip and wont be back because trust me i wouldn't if i had the choice

Never got our food spent 50 minutes in line and when we got to order they repeated it back 5 times(not exderated) each time incorrectly then switched people and the next lady got it wrong too we got 5 zax snacks and a single 4 finger plate and it totaled to $90 when we go all the time and it cost around $60 so just overall it was horrible service and we never got the food.

i waited like 15 mins with no one else in line. girl handed me my food like she was pissed off and slammed the window. i understand they were out of fries, thats fine but i ordered these fried pickles so i could eat them as my side. i get home and my order of pickles is only half of an order if even. what the heck? like these pickles arent cheap.
