Food was mostly cold and had to wait 25 mins as if it was acceptable timing. Wings and chicken sandwich were both cold, fries were hot but unevenly seasoned, and the strips were hot but not very flavorful. Sandwich bag was also super greasy and not well closed. Tea was old from this morning and I tried it at 5:23, spent 23$ and WAS NOT WORTH IT! And I do not feel valued as a customer, we will not be coming back to probably any Zaxby's in the near future or possibly distant future.

I had been waiting for the remodeling to be complete. When I finally made it there. Thesystem was down. I was told when it came up only cash and call in orders would be honored. (Bummer). Staff was very nice and apologetic. I really missed those loaded fries. So I wait.

Niga gave me blue cheese dressing and ketchup. I asked for Zack sauce and ranch, the sprite was straight carbon. DONT GO HERE!!

They didn't coat my wings

Upon arrival one person was waiting on food. Placed my order and waited over 20 minutes with one other person coming into restaurant. The person before my finally got his food which was sitting on the bar and none of the workers called it for him, his meal was wrong. When mine came to the window and then to me it was also wrong. Their fix for the salad was to remove the part done incorrectly and replace it on the same plate. If it was an allergy this would be an even bigger issue.

Ill add that Georgia Law states that you health inspection must be displayed in a public place. Which it is. Actually couldn't find it. I am hoping this isn't because you failed an inspection.

Overall very slow service. Questionable choices for handling food. Clear failure to follow health code and law. Guess I'll drive across town or just to Lake Park.

Ordered takeout for my family, and upon getting home and halfway through our meal my mom discovered bugs (yes, plural) in her salad. When we tried to call the restaurant or contact customer service, we were routed through phone menus that led to dead ends. Awful experience, would never eat here again or recommend it to any one.

Slowest Zaxby's around and they get your order wrong

Always thought this was best Zabys in town but ast 2 visits have not been the best. Drive thru is extremely slow!! Sat out there for 15 minutes and there were 6 cars backed up! And then when she came out, she had orders for 5 of the cars instead of bringing them out as they got ready. And then, the order wasnt correct.
