I am not a picky customer. I almost exclusively leave good reviews. However, this restaurant needs my feedback.

Today’s experience was unforgettable, in a bad way. Upon pulling in to the drive-thru line, it became obvious that it wasn’t moving quickly, but I decided to wait behind 4 cars anyway. I waited approximately 15 minutes before the ordering car moved to the pay window. Then I waited another 12-15 minutes for the next car to order. By then there were still two cars ahead so I decided to park and order inside the store.

Once inside the store I observed enough to realize why service was taking so long. I waited while employees were chatting it up, laughing, and generally meandering around at a snail’s pace. The kitchen staff were socializing and moved at a pace that clearly showed a lack of concern or care for customers. The front staff were chatting it up and wandering around, talking about everything except work. There was even an employee who was talking about how much she hated working at Zaxby’s (right in front of me). The girl taking drive-thru orders was not paying attention to anything but her personal conversation, and another girl was content filling dressing cups and socializing while cars wrapped around the parking lot and I stood at the counter ignored. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone recognized I was at the counter.

I poured my own teas once my order was taken, and after about 5 minutes I grabbed my food and left. Of course, my order was shorted food, and I also realized that the sweet tea dispenser was filled with unsweetened tea. Sadly, I expected these mishaps.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen any business run so carelessly in my life. I will never return. The saddest part about my experience is that I saw a college athletic team bus unload 30 kids as I was pulling away. Im sure they were hungry and happy to be at Zaxby’s before a long road-trip. But I knew that bus would never get their food in under an hour, if ever, and there may even be an employee walk-out.

Whoever owns this location needs a serious wake up call, because this Zaxby’s is far from the quality I’m used to from every other location I’ve visited. This store is a poor representation of the entire company.

The worst Zaxby’s in existence. Workers are extremely slow and careless. The wait is always very long. Don’t go unless you have 30 minutes to sit in the drive thru

Placed an online order and then waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes for some one to come back on audio after being asked to hold. Cars lining up behind us and then left as they got tired of waiting. Told them I had an online order and was told to pull forward. Got to the window and received my order without an apology or sorry for your wait. Drove off and realized I only had half of my order. Turned around and went inside. The ladies at the counter were pleasant and apologized for the mistake. Finally customer service!!

Most of the staff were in the kitchen and they clearly need more staff working the front and drive thru. Majority of the time I use the drive thru, it takes 30-45 minutes and this is unacceptable. I told my family to enjoy the luke warm food as we will not go back.

The service is slow and I have to pay for the citrus vinegarette even though it is supposed to come with the zensation salad.

1/18/2025:Service was slow, it took more than twenty minutes for us, group of five, to get our food. The floor was slippery like someone mopped with dirty water, the bathroom had no paper towels, fries were cold. No manager around to care about customer service. Never coming back to this Zaxby’s again.

Newly redesigned, but same good chicken. My kids really loved the beast box when that was a thing. And the spicy chicken tacos.

You should never go here. It used to be a decent zaxbys but now it takes an hour and 15 minutes (yes I timed it) to go through the drive thru and then they still don't have the order right. The food is bad the fries have no seasoning its just overall not worth it.

Me and my friends were excited to come and see the new renovated restaurant. Upon arrival we waited 15 minutes for someone to come speak to us and all the staff stayed in the kitchen. They did not acknowledge our group even being there or check in to let us know they would be with us shortly.

I ordered online the five finger meal got home no slaw untinstile or sprite chicken taste like it hat been cooked for awhile was hard and dip in sauce plus ordered something else it don't recommend no food from this zaxbys to on one do better service is really bad to slow

Just like the rest of the reviews— just waited nearly ONE HOUR in the drive thru (would have left sooner but had 2 screaming hungry children) and the girl had ZERO customer service when we to to the window. Zero apologies, zero speaking at all— didn’t even look us in the eye. This location is terrible, avoid at all costs.
