People are rude for no reason. Snapped at me when I pulled to the window because my order wasn't ready.

Went to Zaxby’s on a Saturday and all I ordered was a kids’ grilled cheese meal and a side of fries. After paying, they asked me to park in the lot, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order. When they finally brought it out, it wasn’t even mine. After handing it back, another employee brought the correct order — but the grilled cheese was burnt, and the cheese wasn’t even melted.

I went inside to request a refund, which they did, but later realized I wasn’t refunded the correct amount. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was a really disappointing experience, especially for something as simple as a grilled cheese.

Can't put lipstick on a pig. A remodel didn't make this place any faster or more pleasant. Last time no one behind the counter smiled or anything. This time they seem more happy but ... slower :/ 1 star.

The place was busy - line of cars wrapped around the store for drive-thru. Another customer inside felt he'd been waiting too long. Isaiah(?) handled the situation professionally. He updated the customer on the status of his order and rather than calling out their name when it was ready, he ran it out to their table.
We see and hear so many negative things about 'this generation', I wanted to recognize this positive (IMO) customer service interaction.
I'd expect this young man to go far.

we waited for 50 minutes to get our orders and other people came way after us and got their orders first. they were just talking the whole time and we kindly asked many times if they could get started on ours and they just kept postponing our orders. i am very disappointed and still hungry.

Slow, like painfully slow. Chick-fil-a is like 3 min up the road, definitely worth the drive.

Well I've been in this drive thru for about an hour and no food and no one telling us what is going on. Pretty poor customer service coming from someone who works in food service. We can do better, Zaxby's.

Found hair in my wings, a week before my chocolate milkshake tasted like teryaki sauce. I love Zaxby's, but this one is terrible.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I sat at the speaker for about 3 min and never got anyone to take my order. Went around to window and waited in line for at least 10-15 min and didn’t move an inch. Terrible service.

The store in Valdosta GA on Inner Perimeter is the worst. Everyone that serves you got an attitude or a very unhappy look on their face. This has got to be the most miserable work environment in the state of Georgia. The wings were overcooked, spoonful of teriyaki sauce, fries were cold and no bread with my order. The whole experience was a nightmare.
