I'm not sure if the folks taking orders in the drive through can't understand what I'm saying through the speaker, or if the cook just said "Nope I'm not doing doubles tonight" for the Second time. Last Thursday, I ordered 2 Baconator Meals, specifically asked for Doubles, was charged for doubles, made the 15 min drive home, and both burgers were singles. Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Staff was really nice and the store looked so clean & the food was amazing!
You close the dinning room you would think it would improve the drive thru response but NOOO it’s slower! I have never in my life been to a Wendy’s this flipping slow! I have heard all the excuses about no one wants to work but that don’t mean you have to put them in the drive thru! Just in case they didn’t tell you at Wendy’s school, drive thru is for people in a hurry!
