Very disappointed at this Dunkin and definitely needs new management. Which I’m guessing is the lady with blonde hair and a nose ring. Twice I’ve gone to this location and I will gladly go to Starbucks due to being LIED to. If you order decaf, they are putting expresso in drinks instead of decaf. I was informed by an employee that the manger tells them not to make it because it goes to waste.I’m pregnant and can not have that much caffeine. So I order decaf. To know I’ve been lied to and been spending my money here is sickening. Also, drinks aren’t even made correctly as to ordered. They are doing as they please.Will not be returning knowing the manager is who I’ve been told is and how she has acted in previous locations that she has visited.

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Unless you like sitting at the drive thru speaker for 5+minutes without anyone acknowledging your presence. This happens every single time we go there. And today I guess the reason for the lack of attentiveness was due to the child someone brought to work. Yea…how are y’all still in business? Seriously.

I placed a mobile order for some donuts, a sandwich and some hash browns.. when I showed up to pick up my order I was told they didn’t have any donuts at all, they didn’t have the sandwich I ordered all they had was the hash browns.( this was at 9:44 am) I spent almost $22 and They couldn’t tell me how to go about getting a refund or even offer to write down my name to replace the order another day. This was on New Year’s Day , it is now the 3rd. I have sent 3 emails, called the customer care number and I still have not been contacted about a refund. This is not how you do business if you want to keep customers.Update. 01/12/24…. Still no refund for the food I paid for but wasn’t able to get and owner stopped emailing me back.. hmmm

I went to get some donuts at noon on a Friday. When I walked in they only had 4 donut options to choose from. No donut holes either. When I asked if this is all they had the cashier said yes. They close at 8 pm during the week. How do you stay in business? Until things change I’m not going back.

I got an iced original blend with French vanilla and cream, the lady at the drive thru made it hot instead of iced so I simply told her I wanted iced.. she poured the hot she made into another cup with ice and when I took a sip It was the most nastiest thing I ever tasted. I am not from here and I will not be returning to this Dunkin establishment..

Just went through the drive through about 15 minutes ago, I live in a mother town I wouldn’t of posted a review had I been able to of gotten through to someone on the phone, I ordered originally a dozen filled donuts, they told me they didn’t have any filled only jelly so I said ok that’s fine please give me an assortment of your regular donuts but you can throw a jelly in there, thank you. They park me and no other customers around, then they bring me my dozen. I drive all the way back to the town I live in we open the donuts it’s a box off donuts to be filled with no filling in the and a couple jelly donuts. I assumed I would of gotten maybe a glazed, a cake donut, strawberry and sprinkles etc ya know a normal assortment but instead I just paid $18.19 for a box of dough balls and an iced coffee. Also the Jelly inside the jelly donuts is mixed with something white and it is gross.

Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to, and I am 66 years old. They are always out of donuts before lunchtime and say that they are not making any more. Are you serious, it's a donut store right, what do you mean you can't make any more donuts, what the hell are you doing there.

This morning I ordered an ice coffee and a bagel. The ice coffee did not have any ice in it and it had coffee grounds on the bottom. I eneded up throwing it away. And like any other time I order food from there, I had to pull up to the white line and wait for my bagel. I hate ordering food from here because I ALWAYS have to pull up and wait.

This dunkin does not put the appropriate amount of advocado on their toast. Staff is rude and unaware of their own menu and everytime i go my order is wrong no matter what i order. Loved their iced coffee so i sincerely hope they can turn it around.
