Sat at drive thru way too long with no acknowledgment. Finally we said hello and someone said be with you in a minute, and then still waited a long time before they took order. Then sat at window while they made it, I guess, bc it took so long. DD won’t make it here, if the service doesn’t get better.
Hands down. Far superior to their other chain competitor in town, Starbucks.
Friendly…. Service is spot on.
Coffee and Everything Bagel with veggie cream cheese are my favorite.

While some customers have experienced inconsistent service, the food and coffee are consistent draws. Overall, Dunkin' is a great spot to grab a bite and do some work, thanks in large part to its dedicated and hardworking staff.
