As always, the staff were all friendly, the subs were yummy, and restaurant was clean and comfortable. I had my brother (53 yr old) with me. He's handicapped and cannot read. He gets so nervous in restaurants when trying to order. I want to send a very special shout out to Diamond, the beautiful lady taking our order. The staff is very friendly and the food is unusually good; however, I was distressed to see my sandwich being prepared by an employee who had her mask dangling around her neck instead of covering her nose and mouth. A second employee, who put my sandwich in a bag and handed it to me had her mask below her nose.
We have a pandemic going on and the employees of Firehouse Subs are not immune to having COVID-19 and not knowing it. They should be required by management to wear...read full review
