Ordered yheought the app. Arrived 20 minutes later to find no food prepared. Upon showing my order, they said it was preauthorized, but couldn't make it until it showed paid. That's crazy, because the app, and email, and my card said paid, which i showed them. They eventually made my food after I suggested looking for the order number.

Hailey is the only person who was willing to help. Got walked past by 6 employees with eye contact knowing I was trying to order. If it wasn't for Hailey, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Driving out of parking lot is nearly impossible, because vehicles in drive-thru on second lane do not follow Aiwa to stay in line until they reach dividing arrow. They block the drive for people trying to leave or drive around. Place bollards along the yellow line to prevent this.
