They should just close this McDonald’s. They have unprofessional and angry employees working there that can’t figure out how to add something as simple as onions to a sandwich. I mean, might as well quit if you can’t figure something simple like that out.

My standards are usually already low for McDonald’s how ever this one takes the cake for the worst. This is the closest restaurant to my house so I came here for food, huge mistake. The drive through took 20 minutes just for them to take my order. They were out of Diet Coke, Coke Zero and couldn’t even make a double quarter pounder with cheese. This is the second time in a row I’ve been here and they’ve been out of food. It’s 6 o’clock on a Friday how are you out of food? On top of that it took another 20 minutes to get my food absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time here take the next exit. The only thing I’ll give them is the employees at the window are usually nice.

had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered my food at the counter and was ready to pay, but ended up waiting 15–20 minutes while the server completely ignored me. I wasn’t the only one — several other customers were also standing there waiting to pay, and no one acknowledged us. The staff kept walking back and forth without helping anyone at the counter. After waiting that long with no service or explanation, all of us eventually left without ordering. This is unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s. Terrible counter service, zero customer care. I won’t be coming back.
Need to shut this location down. It is evident people working here don’t want to be here. Watched as 3 cars backed out of the drive-thru this morning. We got tired of waiting and left also. I guess the owner has so much money he doesn’t need mine nor care about losing the other’s business as well.
