Used mobile app. Entered table number. Waited 15 minutes. Food never arrived. Went to counter to ask. Found my order was behind counter for over 10 minutes. Maybe they don't deliver to table or forgot? Fine if they remove table option from the app.

This place is an utter joke all of the employees stand around talking laughing and having a good time. 12 people standing in line, they don't know how to do their job correctly the place is a mess they give you an attitude when you get mad because it's taking them so long, as a truck driver I'm expected to get in and out but with these failed employees who can't even do a job so simple as make a cheeseburger you're looking at an average 35 minute wait around the same time of a full course steak dinner. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else so that way McDonald's can waste their money on such poor work ethic from these employees.

Came in for quick carry out, no line, 1 person waiting on an order, waited 15 minutes waiting for the order we were required to enter our order on vs employee taking orders, instead talking and not attending to customers.

If you want what you order I would suggest to check before you get down the road. I was in the mood for a mcrib and when I got home to eat it...welp sorry for me I didn't check my bag. I don't understand why they want $15 min. wage and can't ever put my order in a bag...I'll not go back to this McDonald's

It's like they stuck a McDonald's in the storage room of a truck stop. Ordering from the kiosk was a pain but definitely faster than from a human. Lobby was out of sweet tea and the worker was terribly inconvenienced by having to fill my cup. Left out half our order which we didn't discover until we were already back on the highway.
