This Chick-Fil-A is the best! They are the friendliest crew, never received an incorrect order, and mobile drive thru is so quick. ALL other stores could learn a lot from this store.
The new drive thru is terrible! Only 1 lane for regular orders. Both times I have been for breakfast they skip the first car in line, and bring out 5+ cars behind their orders. We all have to sit and wait for the first car to get their order. No one asks them to pull up. Today I sat there for 5 mins waiting, stuck and not able to leave. By the time I got home, my food was starting to get cold. We need a way to exit if we get our orders before the first couple of cars!!!
There was a really nice man greeting customers in the dinning room name Gerald he always has a smile and cleaning up the tables offering help and drink referrals. He is just all around a pleasant worker that Chick-fil-a has.
