Very slow. Inaccurate meal versus what was ordered. Waited MUCH LONGER for food than table and there were plenty of open tables upon arrival...

This place is absolute fire! The staff was so friendly and helpful with our questions concerning the menu. The food is true Memphis style barbecue and the quakity of the food is incredible. There are plenty of sides to choose from, includinng smoked cabbage. It was so good I could have taken a whole plate home! We will definitely be back!

Just stop by Collins bbq was greeted well as I walked in. Order the rib tips mac and cheese baked beans got home to taste and the food was awesome and delicious the servings was plenty and a great price...I love to support a business like this one ....I will be a regular here...thanks Collins for the good food

This was some of the best BBQ the Mac and cheese and cabbage was my sides. You got to try it out it's very good

Just go. You will not be sorry. I believe it is the best ribs in the area. My mouth is watering just typing thus. OH and the bake beans are great.

Finally ... after a year I was able to catch them open for business! Great vibes... really appreciate the Southern hospitality! The chopped Pork sandwich ... phenomenal! I could taste the smoke all the way through ... didn't need any sauce! Baked Beans and Mac n Cheese... excellent as well as the cornbread waffle!!

Great BBQ! Joe is incredibly friendly and an amazing cook. If you’re reading reviews trying to decide whether to go, stop here and just go—you won’t regret it. Everything we’ve had has been fantastic with that perfect smoky flavor.
I got the burger, beef sausage and 'slice' its rice and coleslaw and trust me give it a try.

Food and service is top tier. My husband stopped in tonight to pick up burgers and was greeted like family. The food was delicious, and you can tell it’s made with pride and care. We’re so grateful to have a spot like this in our community. Can't wait to come back!!!
