La Chiquita Authentic Mexican Food

Waitor was really helpful and sweet, but cook Clarabelle (so sorry if that is wrong) and manager Jonathan allowed over cooked, ROCK HARD wings to be served, and told me that he personally likes them crispy (an UNDERSTATEMENT to justify serving those pebbles). Basically they don’t care they’re not edible to others, & they’re only taking 50% off the wings instead of full total for wings we didn’t eat. Bill was originally around $75. Asked twice for him to go bring them back for a picture, and he wouldn’t. Paying for everything else we did eat was no problem, but be warned! They will go back and forth with you about overcooked food if you go here :(

Ate here monday night me and my family caught food poisoning from this location 109 dollers loss of work day for me and my wife, my 12 year old all sick.

My kid got sick the morning after we ate my symptoms came Tuesday night me and my wife missed work because of your carelessness I lost on money because of your establishment post was made wednesday because was to incapacitated to move or do anything from the sickness it was your restaurant.

Taco salad not even half full in shell. Hardly any meat and mostly wet lettuce and water down sour cream that just created a soggy mess and 6 bites of dinner with no flavor. Used to be my favorite restaurant but last 2 visits have me not returning again. I thought it would try again thinking they were having a bad day, but this tells me they don't care about quality.

I went back to my favorite restaurant and wow — they completely refreshed the atmosphere! It feels more vibrant and truly authentic Mexican now. 🇲🇽✨

My go to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in this area. The birria w/consumè, the lamb street tacos, everything I’ve ordered has always been great. I bring friends here all the time and they’ve all loved it as well! Service from staff is always friendly which is also a plus! Ambiance is colorful & vibrant 10/10. Patio currently being renovated to a garden oasis vibe..I can’t wait to go dine this summer!

The Salsa!!! You could drink the salsa they bring you with the chips. The place was busy when we arrived. Our party of 3 was seated immediately. Our patient waiter kept our drink glasses full. He brought out our food quickly, didnt hover over us. And cleared our plates as we emptied them. Great atmosphere. Not too loud, but inviting and positive. I had a shrimp plate, cant remember the name, however it was perfectly cooked. Sometimes places will over cook shrimp, turning them into pieces of rubber. Not this place! Fantastic food quality of preparation and cooking. Pur table was clean, as well as our silverware. Glasses had no spots on them. Every staff member that I saw, had very clean hands. The restroom was exceptionally clean and smelled like a flower garden. I liked the large menu, chock full of many dishes and options. So if you enjoy Mexican food, go see them at LaChiquita. Their moderately priced, excellent cuisine will ease your belly rumblings.

This was our first visit here and my whole party of avid Mexican food lovers was absolutely amazed at the food the portions the staff, just the whole experience. Everyone was sitting trying there food and just insisting that everyone else at the table had to try it as it was just that good, too good to explain, too good to believe that every dish was just good. The flavor explosions of every dish, perfect mis of all your favorite flavors! if every other Mexican restaurant was graded on a curve they all just lost points and dropped a grade to this place. Drinks stayed full the entire time. The staff was extremely personable and very willing to answer questions and get what ever we needed. When you first see the place it doesnt look any different than any other place you would choose to eat, but you walk in and the smell of the food hits you, you know you went to the right place. We were only in town for a color gaurd competition at the high school but you can bet that we will find a reason to come back. I absolutely suggest every food lover try this place. You will not be disappointed. The ops manager was telling us how they prepare their dishes with meets fresh from the butcher. It literally reminds you of sitting down to eat in Mexico! Everything we ordered was the best we have ever had. The beverages were strong and mixed with perfection and tend to creep up on you so be careful lol. I would give this place more stars if I could. The prices were very reasonable for everything we ordered, you get way more than you paid for!
