2nd time in recent weeks that I’ve gotten overcooked food. Are you just handing out old food? I ordered a single quarter pounder and got an weird overcooked double quarter pounder. The patties look smaller too.
The worst McDonald’s around, takes forever to get your order and then it’s wrong. If you order through the app you can’t get a refund for something they don’t have as if it’s you’re fault!! They tell you to call the customer service number in the app who is not open on the weekends. I guess you dispute it with the bank???
After speaking with the store manager I was told not to order through the app because if they’re out of something they can’t do a refund...read full review
