poor management and hospitality. Management is not good.
Ordered food and the fries were really hard so I asked for another order to be made fresh. Waited 10 minutes for the fries and never got them so had to go back to the counter and ask, finally got them and it seemed like they took old ones and threw them back in grease to get them hot again. A lady was in the kitchen walking around wearing sunglasses, a crop top, and eating food.. she may have been the manager but this kind of behavior isn’t a good example for employees....read full review
This is the absolute worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. It doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. The girl at the drive thru window was incompetent, unskilled and had a terrible attitude. When she threw the bag at me, it wasn't even my order. when I finally got my order, it was crushed flat like someone stomped on it, spilled out of the box, and completely uneatable.
