Legitimately every time you try and order food it's a long wait. They want you to just give up and go elsewhere. The workers essentially just want to sit there and do nothing while on the clock. They act like you showed up at a bank asking for food. It's the worst Krystals around.
Tonight me and my family of 8 in 2 separate vehicles stop at your location where we attempted to enter the restaurant to dine and were told that the dinning area was closed, time was 6: 45 which was told by the management to use drive thru which we compiled so we placed our order and drove to a family members house to a kids birthday party we were attending, got to our destination and realized that we were missing 8 burgers and cheese fries so we returned after calling several...read full review

The service at this Krystal's has always sucked, but it just keeps getting worse. You'll understand why there's no line there. Between customer service & bad food, I don't know how they stay
