Terrible just terrible told me after I ordered only had tea and it tasted like dishewater then was waiting on food for over 15 minutes while other order after got these when I asked it was already off screen she had to look for it and it was already made in the back and cold not to mention the mess all over the loby floor and counter by drinks

I went through the drive through. Every time I said I could not hear them they spoke lower. It was pouring down cold rain. I had just got my toddler to sleep. After the fourth time of telling them I could not hear them I just went to the Krystals next door. I should have woke my baby back up and carried her inside, placed my order, and then ate inside while she screamed her head off. I didn't think of this until just now. I'll do it next time though.

These are the 2 cheesy gordita crunch I got from this location. Less than half of what should be in them. I also ordered 2 soft tacos with sour cream and they had no cheese or sour cream. Absolute joke!

I guess the creature working there couldn’t hear us and kept getting upset when we started ordering more and once my husband raised his voice she said “you don’t have to yell”. Ma’am we weren’t yelling and the proper way to say something if you can’t hear someone is “can you please repeat that” not WHAT.

These folk don't have a clue how to act civilized! I went through the drive through and after i paid they handed meback my card so as I'm putting my card I'm my wallet the woman hits my mirror to get my attention to give my drink. Thats not how you treat customers. I will not bebackat this place but will be complaining further.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. They argued about what I was missing from my order. They even tried to tell me that the rolled chicken taco cravings box does not come with rolled chicken tacos. It took 4 of them and an hour to get my order right. I will never return to this location.

So I went through the drive through and sat for 10 minutes with no answer. I drive around and the cashier looks confused. She said she never heard me pull up. She then tells me to drive back around. By this point Im 3 cars behind and wait another 15 minutes until I get my order in. Then when I go to pay I have 17 in cash to pay for my 24.04 order. She asks me to use my phone to calculate the difference. On God it's simple math. Then she forgets my drinks completely. I go inside to get them and the place is filthy and has a straight up smell. I'm never going to this tacobell again.
