I’ve been seeing 7 Brew discussions on social media but didn’t know we had one locally. I saw the manager out today in their truck & asked him where it was located. He met me there and gave me free coffee vouchers. He was so nice and the customer service was excellent. The coffee of course was delicious!!! I WILL be a regular customer!!

Lines were long but they had several people taking orders and I got two large strawberry cream Matchas and it looked more like coffee but tasted decent. I asked for a little more sweetness and they gave me squirts of strawberry syrup in cups. The service was great to be as busy but the promotion they were offering was never told when my order was taken way out in the line.

These teenie boppers are fast, efficient, and extremely kind. I go to the Macon & WR locations and it’s the same 5 star service each time. If I don’t know what I want to try the recommendations NEVER miss.

Always good vibes!!! This group of young people get customer service right. Always upbeat and friendly. They ask you about your day and seem like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Even if they don't, most people don't...but it's not the energy they put off to their customers and that is appreciated.

I wish I had grabbed the name of the young man who took my order. As a first timer visiting 7 Brew he offered me a menu -to keep- made recommendations and made sure that I was satisfied with my beverage before I left the drive through. Very pleasant and polite. I will be visiting again!
Drive thru is quick and friendly. The drinks are always super cold and blended silky-smooth. No ice chunks. Flavor blends are on point.

I like this place. It reminds me of a similar chain back him but I like energy these guys bring more. The brunnette and blonde are good. I get the 7 fizz which is an energy drink and a syrup. It’s good coffee too

Customer service was great. Very friendly and fast service. Purchased an ice coffee. Think it was called a Burnette. This is a really great place to get a coffee full of flavor. The only thing I didn't like, is trying to get back onto Watson Blvd.
