Second visit, and again short staffed here, food was good/okay, a bit pricey for the size of the portions. The service was disappointing, and slightly rude. Hopefully with more staff and feedback this will improve.
This is the best Pho place in middle GA. My husband and I get the Pho with all the beef meats (a pho special at most places). The broth is delicious and full of flavor. The meat and noodle portions are generous. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. This is a mom-and-pop restaurant - truly authentic! I highly recommend Saigon Bowl!! 😋
Our first time visiting today, and everything was delicious.
The owner is also the chef, and came out to greet everyone. What a sweet man he is!
