I love love love this location. I ate my food so fast before I could take a picture but I did manage to take a picture of the restaurant and I was so please to eat here. This location reminds me of being home in Atlanta by Wesley chapel so I will definitely be back. Their customer service is superb and the food is cooked fresh and quickly. This hidden gem is worth going to. According to the rep they have all new staff members so that's a plus in my book. I hope the experiences be better for the people in the past because so far they have my five star rating on the staff makeover.

Had the house fried rice with 10 garlic parmesan wings combo so I'd have leftovers for work tomorrow.Fast service and delicious food! So glad these wings are so close to my job.I'll be back to try the Gyro next! I know it will be good too, because they used the gyro meat on the fried rice combo.

The customer service of this place is absolutely horrendous.. they messed up my order and refused to make it right or refund it after I spent $100+ and then argued with me about it ! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Called multiple times 20-25 minutes before close as I was driving to them and nobody would answer. Walked in 15-20 minutes before close and cashier and all of the cooks refused to cook my wings crispy. Everyone had nasty looks on their face when all I politely asked was for my wings to be as crispy as they had time for. I didn’t expect them to stay late for me. I’ve been coming to this location for more than 10 years and never had a problem. Owner is normally super nice but wasn’t there. I come in at least twice a week or more. I will not return again due to how rude the employees were and nasty looks I received. If only they would have known I was going to tip each employee a $50 bill I think they would have treated me a little nicer. I used to be a fast food worker myself and felt the urge to bless them tonight. Glad they showed me they didn’t deserve it. Sad.

The Wings were dry. I had to give the rest to my dog. The sauce was good also the girl at the front has a nasty attitude for some reason.

They called my order number and the second I got to the counter she apologized and said that they had added mayo to my order. Without asking they were already remaking it. I appreciate the effort to make my food again without me catching the mistake. This location is always a 10/10 ✔️

Very bad customer service. We got to the restaurant at 8:40 pm and I asked what time did they close and the cashier said 9. I asked before I placed my order if we could dine in and she told me yes. At 8:55 they were rushing us out constantly staring at us and speaking Spanish. We finished our food at 9pm and went to exit and one of the managers was standing there staring at us and I thanked her and she said yea I’m supposed to be gone. Keep in mind they did no cleaning just shut the fryers off and left. Worst experience and I will not be spending my money there again.

I ordered a 2 piece tilapia combo on break ,and after i started eating I realized both pieces of my fish were raw. I didnt have time to go back and they told me I couldn’t get a refund unless i still had the plate.

I love American deli, we order American deli 2 times a week we have probably ordered it a million times and have never had a bad experience until last night. Everything that could be wrong was. Our Philly chickens had literally no meat on them ( when I spoke to the manager he insisted it’s the same amount as always being they are pre packaged portions, but like I said I’ve ordered so many times it’s always over flowing with meat) the wings were hot not mild and my sweet tea was sour. They closed by the time I got home with my food so they didn’t answer the phone. We took pictures ate it and ended up having to go get dinner again elsewhere.I called and spoke to the manager John and he was very rude. He continued to interrupt me and tell me I was mistaken and that it’s bc we didn’t get vegetables but we never do. I ordered it the same way I always have. He continued on to say I could bring the food in for a refund or replacement meal or that he would replace one sandwich for free that he “feeds the homeless for free all the time” I never even had a chance to tell him about the wings or the tea. I hate it because I loved American deli so much but I refuse to spend money and not know for a fact that this wouldn’t happen again.

This store need better customer service. I came in the young lady was setting down. I showed her were I called store over 30 times. She said oh we was busy. When I walked in only two people. Plus she was real busy setting down. She took phone of hook apparently. That is so sad, when you have customers help keeping your business open and your employees are to lazy to answer a phone.

Wings were ok but the fried rice was like white rice & it was also bland with undercooked vegetables.
