Another Broken Egg Cafe

I decided to have a delivery from this restaurant. I had missing food and the food that was there was ice cold. Stay clear of this lousy place, masquerade as a restaurant.

this place is a joke. stopped coming because service was so bad and food took forever getting here but gave it a try this morning to realize things will never change. got on waitlist and checked in once I arrived sat there waiting for an hour only to be told “we’re not sitting anyone anymore because the kitchens backed up and it’ll be an hour to hour and half seated to get your food” ridiculous! all these tables open and they proceed to seat a party of 18 outside after we’ve all been waiting. I never see management or owners ever there helping out! the only brunch in town and it’s worthless! as per other reviews it’s the same thing, idk how this place is still open!

⭐☆☆☆☆ | Extremely Disappointing First Experience This was my first and absolutely last visit to Another Broken Egg Cafe, and it was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We joined the waitlist from home at 11:50 a.m. and were quoted a 25–45 minute wait. We arrived at the restaurant at 12:03 p.m., only to be told the wait does not actually start until you arrive, which defeats the purpose of joining the waitlist ahead of time. We were not seated until 12:53 p.m. Once seated, our server greeted us and we placed our full order, food and drinks included, before 1:00 p.m. After waiting over an hour for our food, I very politely asked the server if she had any update or ETA. Her response was, “We have a full dining room. I can cancel it if you want.” I never asked to cancel my food. I simply asked for an update. Our food was finally dropped off by someone else around 2:15 p.m., and it was cold and incorrect. My eggs were ordered over hard and came out over easy. My daughter’s omelet was burnt. The pancakes were terrible and tasted frozen. The only person who semi enjoyed their meal was my daughter who ordered shrimp and grits. Service continued to be poor after the food arrived. We did not receive napkins, and we did not have enough silverware. My daughter had to eat her pancakes with the spoon from her shrimp and grits. It took at least 20 minutes after the food was dropped off before our server returned to ask if we were okay. For a first-time visit, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Poor communication, extremely slow service, and cold, incorrectly prepared food ensured that I will not be returning.

The food was absolutely amazing! My wife had the cinnamon roll French toast, and I went with the supreme omelette, both were delicious. She paired hers with a strawberry St. Germain mimosa while I enjoyed a refreshing pineapple berry agua fresca. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed breakfast or brunch with a peaceful, laid-back vibe.

Jasmine and Quisha, I believe, were amazing hostesses/waitresses; they went the extra mile to ensure we felt accommodated with my spectrum child. Customer service was superb, and the food was very hot and delicious. I can’t wait to come back again; my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the beignets.

Ok Chef 👩‍🍳 Lt Here Arrian and Server Dexter was so super awesome 👌 Lobster and Brie omelet a smoking 10 chicken and waffles 8 and the new seasonal cinnamon roll French toast is not only beautiful but the taste is delightful surely a sweet tooth pleaser!
