No sauerkraut, miniscule amounts of corned beef and Swiss cheese on my Rueben. Plenty of marbled rye bread, though. Overall, just a really pathetic sandwich. It's a shame. They used to be quite good.

The staff was not ugly or anything but they lacked care in what they are supposed to be doing. My wife's along with others food was cold out of the fryer. Several people had to come inside to get food they left out. Not a good experience. Even for fast food.

Showed up at around 10:35 PM, 25 minutes till closing. The lights and screen in the drive thru still on, no answer. I drove around the place twice to see what was going on, my second time driving around a worker walked out and we locked eyes, she darted away out of sight like she didn’t want to be seen. I stopped in the drive thru again, no answer. I get it’s the last hour of the day but seriously? At least lie to me and say you’re closed rather than ignore me. Poor service.

Ordered a Smokehouse Brisket meal. First, they gave me the wrong sandwich. Second, when I got the right sandwich there wasn't any BBQ sauce on it. Third, the curly fries were cold and stale and completely inedible. The floors were so sticky that I was concerned my shoes would be pulled right off my feet. Standards at this Arby's need to focus on attention to detail and quality control.

I came here day before Thanksgiving for a turkey sandwich...was told not serving them anymore. I came back day after Thanksgiving and order taker told me they had them then someone said something to her in the back and she says oh we don't have them but they are still on the sign I called all the other Arby's in Warner robins and ALL of them are serving them. They just don't want to make the sandwich. they want to stand around HIGH ...GOSSIPING AND EATING THE FOOD THEMSELVES..I won't be returning. And you can save your response and your links cause from the other comments MANAGMENT DOESNT CARE.

I ordered a Roast beef Gyro lettuce, tomato & onion only. I get home and find I was given a Roast beef Gyro with tzatziki sauce only. Good luck, I won't be back any time soon.
Went to drive thru on my lunch break. Drive thru girl had a bad attitude. Very snippy. Took my payment, gave me my food and didn’t say a word. She slammed the window in my face before I had a chance to ask for Arby sauce. I had to honk horn a couple of times before a different woman came to the window. I also ordered a cup of cheddar. It was literally one bite. Very disappointed. I work hard for my money and could have gone elsewhere.
