Haven't been to this Arby's for years, and it was really really good. The employees gave great customer service, they were patient while I ordered the food through the drive thru and they got the whole order right! The best part about it was the food. It was actually HOT and FRESH!

Fries COLD - HAD BEEN SITTING UNDER THE WARMER AND LOTS OF END PIECES - GAVE NO SAUCE FOR THE ROASTBEEF SANDWICH - would have returned the food but we drove thru Will not be stopping at this location again.

I deleted my original post after getting a phone call from the district manager to come back and give Arby's at this location a try again. I did the food was way better than before and also the manager was also extremely nice when I came in and told her why I was there I think her name was kowanda sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong. Thanks for trying to make everything right I really do appreciate that. I still like a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Praying for all Arby's to get it's grit and grow and integrity back 💪. As a customer and a old employee from back in the day who believes in Arby's and praying for your companies breakthrough.

The way I drove to this Arby's left me questioning my choice. I was directed through back roads and saw several homeless people and shopping carts. It was approaching evening and I was a bit frightened. I must certainly feel for homeless people and wish the area took care of them better with shelters available especially this time of year when it is cold. We are new here and I haven't seen this situation where homeless people are not gotten off the streets by law enforcement and given a bed and hot meal in years. That aside, when I arrived at Arby's the staff were very pleasant, the manager was not present and honestly the staff could have and did run the location by themselves. They are very responsible and considerate and speedy, and the good was really good. I've long enjoyed Arby's. The two young men holding down the fort at this location should be rewarded for their excellent representation of the company and their exemplary behavior. The food was the usual Arby's fare, which to me is always delightful. I have rarely had a bad experience with food at any Arby's. I am proud of those young men for only two people running the whole show alone.
