I literally waited over 25 minutes before I was ask what order I had. I had a door dash pick up. Told the lady up front who I had and she said it wasn't ready. She never told anyone I was waiting on food or nothing. I finally say is someone making my order? She has no idea bc she never said anything to anyone. The door dash order cane in before the people walking in the door so it should've been made first. They are paying customers as well. This happens alot at barberitos and it's ridiculous. If barberitos doesn't want to make door dash order then stop using them.

My husband and I love Barbs. We eat here all the time bc the food never disappoints. HOWEVER, the service is AWFUL! We will come in, no one behind the counter, wait and still not be serviced. Once, I went to the front of the register. ALL the staff were behind the doors on their phones. I waved my arms around until one of the noticed. No one apologized. Came out and didn’t even ask what they could for us. Just stared until we spoke up. Most times (minus select employees) don’t speak. No one says a word to you. Until we go to pay, and say the machine will ask for tip! Ummmm, absolutely not.

$2 for what looked like a teaspoon of quac? Shame one you. This place is a chipotle wanabe. The tortias here are soggy because they steam it instead of heating it on a grittle. They also dont let the liquid drain from scoops of things like beans or pico before putting it in the burrito making it even more soggy.

Walked into the store with no one behind the station. Every container of food was open to the air and not closed as it should be. There were food bits all over the station where they make the food. A couple minutes later two people appeared and informed me they were out of everything but two options. Do not go on Sunday night and expect any kind of decent service. At least del taco is consistent.

I had to ask myself why wouldn't they be a 5. Well, I've been to Barberitos a few times so I'm not a regular. The first time I visited I had the spicy chicken tacos and it was great. Let last couple of times, I feel like I've been chasing the feeling I got from the first visit. The quality of the seasoning on the chicken had me thinking. I could taste powdery mix from the spicy chicken and it seemed pasty. I will probably give them one more try before I decide to move on and look for some place new.

I do not give one star because the quesadilla was good. But the portions are super small. They used to fill up the nachos a lot and today barely got a handful of chips with it. Ordered a large cheese dip that guy filled up just half and when asked for the chips to go with it, they charge me for them. Like seriously? I had never paid for chips here before when ordering a large cheese dip. Then the guy serving would start doing one thing then zone out looking to the entrance idk what for. I definitely will not be coming back
