The second time in 2 weeks I've been in and they were out of steak and both chicken options. The front counter is left unattended. Just pointless. Watched like 4 people turn around before of lack of options. We are what the fish was and the guy took the lid off and said.. Idk whatever this is...

If I could give no stars I would!!! The absolute worst experience ever!!!!! Placed a pick up order online only to have to cancel my order 10 minutes before I was due to pick it up. The restaurant called stating they have no rice! Then I get to the store and no one can cancel the order and refund my money! I spent almost $65 at this terrible establishment and dealt with the most incompetent people that I have ever met in my entire life! Matt I will say was the only one with the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. George and the cashier/waitress were horrible!!! The lack of knowledge of what to do with my situation was disgraceful. I do not recommend this place to anyone! They reached out to the “GM” and he told them that he couldn’t cancel it until Monday!! Like are you serious I need to feed my kids tonight and now have to spend more money on something else and wait for them to cancel and refund my money! Unacceptable!!!! Totally unacceptable!!! How do you even run out of rice and continue to accept orders and money!!! I feel like I have been scammed!!!!

Place is usually 5/5. But staff and good quality was 1/5 today. Ordered chips were looking like they were swimming with queso because of the watery salsa, and beans.

Edit^ 3 years ago I was happy to give this place 5 stars. Thursday night here was something I looked forward to every week. Not anymore. The employees now always seem like you’re inconveniencing them by showing up even though it’s 2 hours before closing. We never even stay for more than 30 minutes after we get our food. A young lady closed off all inside seating that could fit up to 5 people because she wanted to be ready for closing. Mind you it’s 2 hours before closing. Then she mentions that we can just use 2 separate booths with a smirk. We meet at barberitos so that we can be together so why would we want to separate when there is available seating for all of us? She spent her time talking to a guy her age, not even cleaning. She just didn’t want to worry about the possibility of us inconveniencing her. It’s been like this for a long time and we’re all just tired of it. It’s time to give up on our favorite spot. Being rude to customers TWO HOURS before closing because you want a head start is wild.

This place has gone downhill. Eat here every Thursday night and several times for lunch throughout the week for years. Food is usually pretty good, service is not anymore. Wonder how much money they lose since they block off a majority of the seating 2.5 hours before their posted closing time. Not to mention you usually have to clean your own tables before you sit down to eat. Probably will never be back.
